Not Enough Clear Information on Site
I bought a dress for a party a month in advanced and it still has not arrived! I did not realize that they ship from China, I have double checked the site and nowhere on it can I find that information. Also I had to look through their FAQ to see how long shipping can take. Had I know this information prior to making the purchase I never would have bought from this site.

Same as everyone else I was SCAMMED
Same as everyone else, I was scammed of $60 of items. My order was never delivered and they stopped updating after the first initial update of receiving my money. They also lock your account by saying you're using the wrong password. Please Take Them Down. I emailed customer service, but no response for over a month. They stole my hard-earned money and the gifts I bought for my sister. They are also spamming my inbox. I'll just order from shein in the future but I wish I could get my money back in addition to an apology. There should be a zero-star option. Edit: My items were finally delivered but their return policy is just as horrid as the reviews so I'm not even going to try and embark on that journey.

This site is a SCAM do not order from J.ING. My order was never shipped and I've emailed the customer support email they provided 10+ times with no response. Their customer support phone number is also fake.

Didn’t get refund
After waiting for a month they contacted me and told me I would get a refund in 5-7 business days… It’s been 14.. Already fed up dealing with them.. Do not recommend

J.ING seems like scam.
I ordered above $134 on 09/26. But I never received any tracking number, and the delivery never came until 10/16. The tracking number has been nowhere. I have tried to contact the Customer care, nobody has read my email, and now answered. There's been no service, no delivery, although I ordered and paid almost 1 month ago.

Hope the shipping issue can be solved
I used to shop there and I had great experience with the clothes that I bought. I got a lot of compliments about my style. I made another other late last month and didn't hear from them again. I suspect there might be something custom issues. I tried to contact customer service more than 10 times and nobody responded, which is big frustration. I guess I will just wait for the issue to be resolved. I am not in a hurry to get the order at all actually. As long as they can finally ship the items I purchased.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I ordered $80 worth of clothing on September 21st. It’s October 14th and I have received nothing, my items have not shipped, and J.ING is unreachable by email or phone. They did not respond to my email and their phone line does not connect to anyone.
