I wish I could give no stars. J ing is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I placed an order on Sept 7, yup 2 months ago. No updates, no shipping notification, no responses from customer service. Actually one response telling me I could not cancel my order and get a refund, which is what I demanded. The event I ordered the clothing for has long passed. IF I ever receive the clothing (a huge IF), I doubt I will be able to return it because they are impossible to contact. I am going to call my credit card company and have them get my money back. Since this site (Trustpilot) seems to be the only site that J Ing monitors, instead of responding directly to customers, this is my notification, J Ing. I will be cancelling ORDER 281469 and will have my credit card company come after you. You should be shut down. No one should order from this website. Please see the reviews here, we're not making it up. I am out several hundred dollars.

Worst company ever. I returned all the items because sizes are not accurate, wayyyy too small, it has been over a month and a few emails following up on my refund status and NO ANSWER, No one has contacted me back this is unacceptable.

Received my top on time, however the quality is so poor it's absolutely unwearable. I also left a 1* review on their website, however it posted as 5* lol. Don't waste your time with these trash clothes

I purchased from them twice, and both orders went smoothly. I placed another order on Oct 4 and haven’t heard back since then. The order status still shows “awaiting shipment,” and today is already October 30. I emailed them a few times and messaged them on WeChat regarding the order status but no response whatsoever. I am very disappointed with this company.

Ayant fait une première commande il y a quelques mois sans rencontrer de problème, j'ai décidé d'en passer une seconde (d'une somme assez importante) le 22 Septembre. Cela fait maintenant plus d'un mois, et le colis n'a toujours pas été envoyé. J'ai également envoyé un mail à deux reprises, aucune réponse de leur part.

They moved（UPS said), a return (10 days ago) is hanging and I paid for freight. No notification with new return address at all. No reply to my emails for new address from J.ING CS. Quality was not good at all, a tweed dress with 6 buttonholes 5 buttons, as per product picture online, it should be 5 holes only. Have never put it on. I might need to pay for freight for it back to me and I will never wear it since people can laugh at me about the weird design. Still have Aug. 2022 order not yet shipped. They cannot provide a date. They didn’t tell me the order had been shipped and stuck somewhere.

This site is a TOTAL SCAM! Don't give them your money. I placed an order in September. At check out, I learned most of the items I ordered were out of stock and would take longer to ship. The timeframe I was given was about 14days from the order date. I found it odd that they were not transparent about the items being out of stock to begin with but I tried to keep an open mind. In the days following, I kept receiving emails marketing the very same items that were supposedly out of stock. They also kept running all kinds of promotions on these very same items. Weeks later, I started to contact them about my order as I had not received shipping confirmation. I finally heard back and they tell me that the factory is facing too much demand and that the J.ING team is also not able to service their business volume. However, during this time, they keep running promotions and email campaigns advertising the same pieces that were out of stock. I lost my patience and asked for a refund. They asked me for my pay pay account then they asked for my CC number and swift number which was confusing to me. Then they stopped answering emails-- before this they would respond sporadically. I called their number and they have a pre-recorded greeting that says they do not have service agents available to take calls. I opened a Better Business Bureau case against them and they have not even responded to that. I finally worked with my bank to open a fraud case. If you see this in time, pleas don't waste your money on this scam. In their reply, the fraudulent "merchant" says I should contact their customer service team which is such a joke! Their team does not respond to emails and they told me they have no way of refunding people! They asked for my credit card and my swift code which is total nonsense. They say the order is stuck in customs which is what I have seen them tell so many other clients they scammed. They initially told me the factory was behind in production and that they did not have some of the items. Don't fall for it! This is such an evil and shameless operation. I hope the law cracks down on them.

If I can give no stars I would.. I placed an order early this month and emailed them And said I need this by the end of the month for my travel. They’ve replied two emails back, and said finally the clothes sent out on the 17th and will get here 7-10days.. then no news. Like many others.. will probably put a dispute on my credit card. Really bad experience.. hope they go back to how they were before Please …
