I bought items from this company before, shipping sometimes takes longer, but overall, the cloth are very cute and generally in good quality. I also returned items, and did get my refund. But that was a few months before. Now I can never trust this company anymore. I made an order on Sep 5th, and after a few weeks, I emailed the customer service, my first email was responded say" the pre-order items are taking longer". After that, no response AT ALL. Now it's been almost 2 months, and they still haven't shipped my order, nor respond to my emails. I don't know what happened to this company, since I paid with gift card from my last return, I cannot cancel my order or get a refund. 11/7/2022 Update: Two days after I wrote this review and contacted customer service again, my order was shipped. And 10 days later, TODAY I got my order!!! I'm just so happy with their cloth, they're SO cute and in very good quality. Not like those fast fashion items. For this reason, with the price tag, I will definitely buy again. May not be soon though. :)

This is my first time purchasing their clothes and I don’t think I’ll purchase again. Products are looking decent but the customer service is SUPER BAD!!!! I purchased my product over a month ago and haven’t got any details yet. I’m still waiting and sent over 6 emails to the customer service. No one response me. Poor service and management. I’ll never purchase again

Very bad experience. Buying from this website a big mistake. I didn’t recieve my order until today. I emaild them many times no one answer me.

Scam! Scam ! Scam! Do not buy!!!! They did not ship all the items and never refunded me for the items they didn’t ship. Also they gave me incorrect address for return. I had to pay for return, and order came back to me. Zero response from customer service!!!

I wanted to try out this brand because the items are all so gorgeous but the items i bought the pants are so short for me so i wanted to return them. but they won’t let me return anything. they stop emailing me and will never pick up their phone for customer service and i even went to DM them on instagram and they kept telling me to keep the items and they will give me a gift card but i don’t want it. it is taking longer to return these items and now they stop answering my messages even tho i read recipes are on

Terrible, I bought clothes on this j.ing website on August 30th, but I haven't received them after so long time, and the tracking history has not been updated. I tried all sorts of ways to contact them, but I got no response.

I placed my order number 00308377 on 14th October and tried to contact support via Instagram, and email but there is no response, no shipping confirmation, and nothing happens. Look like a scam company, I will work with the credit card company to claim the amount back.

By far the worst company when it comes to being professional… I placed my order two months ago and have not received any email confirmation about when it will be dispatched. Customer service gets back to me with no set time date and kept their answer super vague. They ended up telling me that I can get a refund and how their “finance department” will get back to me asap. It has already been TWO WEEKS since they got back to me. Like are they trying to keep my money or what. So over it and will never order from them. It was my first time placing an order with them and will be my last as I STILL DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK.
