This is the WORST online retailer I have come across. I placed an order for a coat for my wife on November 23rd which was intended to be a Christmas gift. After weeks passed I repeatedly emailed asking them for shipping status. I finally received a response stating it would ship in a couple of days..lies!! I ended up receiving the item on January 6th! So this was bad enough but it only got worse when my wife opened the package only to find a severely oversized (ordered a small) very poor quality coat. It literally looked like crumpled up rag material shaped into somewhat of a coat. Unacceptable!!! Ok so their website states returns and refunds are honored...more LIES!!! I have been attempting to contact them daily since the 6th and have yet to receive a response. I should have read reviews prior to ordering as I see that is a common mode of operation for them...they just dont respond and you will never see a refund so we are stuck with a coat that is not usable and is best served to be used as a shop rag. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This is a lesson learned for sure. Better to spend more for quality goods from reputable sellers than this Chinese scam company...never again!!!

Customer service no responsive after 7 emails over a span of 9 days requesting a return. Warning!!!! Do not order from this company!

I used to be a brand ambassador for them about 3 years ago. They were great then. Decided to place an order recently, and all I see are their IG comments FILLED with people not getting their orders, refunds not being issued, nobody replying for months from customer service. I wish I read these before I placed that order because now I am having the same exact experience. Placed an order 11/21/2022, was told it was pre order, asked when it'll be shipped (3 TIMES) and they stopped responding. Listen to the social media comments. Scam.

Don’t order anything from them..! This is kind of SCAM, I order from last year but hey didn’t ship my product, I have been contacted customer service, no reply, I went to J.ing instagram and found down so many leaves the same reviews Most of them lost the money, no refund, no product ship, and the company is in China,

I never write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this terrible company. I ordered a dress from them in 2021 and was very happy about the quality. I ordered two more dresses in 2022, and while they were cute, I felt that they were slightly overpriced. I decided to reach out to customer service to return one of the dresses. CS got back to me quickly with a return label. I shipped out the item, and they received it at their warehouse in October 2022. After 2 months, I did not receive my refund, so I emailed them again. It took them a week to respond, and after requesting my PayPal info, they promised I would be refunded within 14 days. It is now January 2023, 3 months after I returned the item, and I still have not received my refund. CS has completely ghosted me. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and am waiting for them to resolve the case. Avoid this company at all costs--the hassle is not worth the time and money!!

I love that these pants can be dressed down to look more casual or up to look classy for work or a special occasion. The length of the pants and the pleats give them such a flattering look that makes them look good for whatever outfit I want to wear them with. I’m so impressed with how well these pants fit and how comfortable they are. They were definitely a great choice and I am so glad I picked them up!

Don't order from this place. They don't respond when trying to return an item. Currently disputing charge with credit card company.

Ordered two coats. It took over a month to even ship out, it got delivered almost 1.5 months later. The items were of poor quality, imo, for the price point you’re paying for. I wanted to return them and emailed customer service immediately because they have a very small return window. It took over 2 days for a response and I only received one after “messaging” them on Instagram. After every exchange, it takes over 2 days to receive a response. I got different customer service reps almost every time and they don’t read the message chain. I got redundant messaging, no real answers to my questions besides “we will give you a 60% gift card that will not expire if you choose to keep it to be green or sustainable”. I got a 40%, then a 50%, then 60% and then another 50%. How backwards is that? After all of this, I still don’t have an address of where I can ship these items back to. They don’t supply a return label, but they don’t even offer one and deduct the cost. All returns is on your own dime and effort. I am choosing this option and still have not gotten an address to ship the items back. This company sucks. The service sucks. Like what in the?
