I placed an order on January 3rd 2023, and received no confirmation, but my money was taken out for $136! I keep emailing customer service but no answer at all. I called the US phone number, and that number is dead. Unbelievable!!!!!

Une honte ! Aucune nouvelle de ma commande passée le 13 janvier ! 3 mails de relance 0 nouvelle. Ils m’ont pourtant bien débité. Je sens l’arnaque et je ne recommanderai jamais aux personne de mon en entourage !! Comment se faire de l’argent sur le dos des gens ! Je ne commanderai plus jamais et ferai bien attention à lire les avis avant. Je suis venue sur cette page pour me rassurer mais je vois que tout le monde est dans le même cas ! Je ne vais pas lâcher l’affaire et s’il faut porter plainte je le ferai.

I made a big order at J.ING web on Nov 30, even though l saw there are bad reviews about them but as a regular customer I still choose to trust them. It’s been a month and a half now l tried several times to contact them to get the update of my order but still no answer so far. I was so disappointed and couldn’t believe the comments on them online are true. Hope J.ING if you see my comment pls contact me ASAP, otherwise l will call my bank to stop the charges .

Worst customer service! They are ignoring my return request emails for over 20 days. No response on Facebook or Wechat. I made another order a month ago and I still haven't received the item. I don't know what to do becoz I cannot reach out to the customer service.

Incredibly disappointed in the horrible customer service. Would not recommend company to anyone; Material of clothing is coarse and uncomfortable, and shipping will be excruciatingly slow. The company has no communication with customer, and tracking will be just as unresponsive. If you try to return, they will not respond–and you will be stuck with an item that has a bad material, wrong sized, and uncomfortable overall. Please please please do not be fooled by the promotional sales either–they're not truly kept in the time frame that they're advertised. These "sales" are year-round and not worth it AT ALL. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Customer service is dead. I returned my item for one month, no confirmation, no refund. Trying to contact them every day. No response to my emails. No WeChat response or Facebook message response either. Don’t order from them unless you know you will keep everything of your order. They don’t have any customer service available.

Really awful experience. They do not have a customer service department at all. They only allow email or social media chat and you get nowhere. If your order isn’t acceptable you have no options but losing your money and donating the low quality garment.
