Took roughly a month and a half to receive my items and that's with emailing customer service around 12 times (no exaggeration). The items I ordered were honestly very lovely and I was extremely happy with them, it's just I do NOT trust J.ING as a company to order again from which is disappointing. They take so so long, do NOT respond to emails, and I cannot promise to be refunded. The clothes were fantastic, but it's a risk shopping with them... If your items are being processed for over a month, that's normal just bother them with emails.

.So warm and comfortable! It's the perfect transition from autumn to winter. The color is just like the picture. I can wear anything under it, it's not bulky, it's warm. I also love its lining! Highly recommended!

I ordered an item over two months ago from J.ING. After a week, I reached out for its processing status and their customer service said it was a pre-order item that needed 10-12 days to restock. No where did it detail it was a pre-order item. I asked for the anticipated date of restock, they never gave specifics - just asked me to be patient. I waited the 10-12 days and an extra 2 for shipping and heard nothing. Followed up twice more and got no response. If you buy anything (which I strong advise against) use PayPal! I filed a claim on the issue and they immediately refunded me my money with no written response back. They know they’re crooks, thus why there was no contest. I know the clothes look cute and a much better price point, but it’s not worth it. Do. Not. Trust. JING.

Called them twice. No one picked up. I had been emailing them as well . No one replied either. It is not Christmas yet? Is this company still in business?

If there is by any mean any good review here they’re all fake ! This company is inconsiderate, scamming, lying ass company! How dare they lie about their shipping policy, how dare they hold on to peoples money AND NEVER GIVE IT BACK. I have waited more than 2 months for my products just for them to message me on Instagram saying they cancelled the order but whenever I go on their website and track my order it says active and awaiting shipment AS THEY NEVER HAVE SENT THE MONEY BACK. Everyone please, please, please report this company !! Do not trust them !! I am extremely livid as I gave this company a chance and they messed it up! Nice job Jing, if this how you treat your new customers. ANOTHER CHINESE SCAM COMPANY.

I got this cute sweater I don’t think the website is a scam

I checked the service they used for tracking which is 17 Track only to find that it has a low rating of 1 and is repeatedly said to be a scam by number of commenters on different websites. It's been a month and I have not received an order or even any update regarding my package. I believe all the one-star reviews and the five-star ones just seem fishy. If you order from here, do not expect much. I wish I did my research ahead of time
