I love these pants as a great staple for work! They hit perfectly on the ankle, pockets are a good size and fit great through the thigh and booty.

DO NOT ORDER!!! Terrible customer service response time. I have tired many ways to get into contact for a refund without any replies. I will never order from J.ING ever again. I am still waiting for a response!

order takes forever to ship, returns are the biggest hassle in the world as their customer service is terrible and hard to work with, still haven't receive a refund for an order I placed 3 months ago. some of their clothes are cute but most are cheap

I’ve been shopping from J.ing for a while now and even though their shipping takes time, the wait is worth it as the clothing is beautiful and the material is perfect quality. I’ve been seeing their instagram comments recently and it’s filled with people calling them scammers and how people haven’t received their parcels; I thought I would buy from them again to see if their service has gone downhill but my package came on time and is lovely as always. Such a shame that not everybody is getting the same experience as I with J.ing. I hope this dilemma with some customers gets sorted soon because they are a good company from my experience.

Hello, I used to order from this website last year and I did receive my orders on time, but strangely this year, my order was awaiting shipment for 3 weeks now and there was no reply from customer service... after reading several reviews here, I am regretful that I did not realise this website is now as SCAM... luckily, I did not order a lot and I will never order from this website again...

I ordered a jacket for my daughter for Christmas. Sadly, the fit was wrong. I noticed that there was no return slip in the packaging. I have emailed, and called the company over a dozen times. NO REPLY. If I could leave zero stars and a warning not to shop here I would.

I never received my order after 2 months. I sent emails asking about the status of my order and they never responded. They are a fraudulent company in China. Beware.

The sizing was incorrect based on the website! Complete waste of money.
