Ordered in December and items still haven't been shipped. I've emailed customer service twice and no reply. Also tried to contact the company through their social media and they also did not reply. I thought they may have had a break for chinese new year so gave them some time but looking at these reviews, seems like people have been waiting for orders since November! When I ordered, there were mostly good reviews but now they are all the same as my experience. Have had to dispute with my credit card company as it looks like the items are never coming. None of them were on preorder either.

I don't know what happened to them, but emails are ignored, phone calls unanswered, and orders definitely not shipped. Don't worry though, they're still posting on social media and they'll definitely take your money while leaving you high and dry! Seriously, file a dispute with PayPal/your bank/credit card asap and also file a complaint with the California Office of Attorney General. At this point they're running a scam and deserve to be shut down.

If you buy some expensive jeans and they don't fit - there is no customer service, no return, no exchange. I emailed and called and left voicemails. Email - don't respond, call - voice mail message says I'm calling during off hours (2:30PM ET). I believe it's a scam. Ordered jeans size L, received jeans that fit like XS. Again, for the price they charge - it's a scam!

DON’T BOTHER! I placed an order on January 4. It is now February 7. I have sent multiple emails and I have made multiple phone calls and have received no contact from this website. Over $100 for a dress for my wedding that I will not receive. I AM LIVID, DISAPPOINTED, AND SAD.

They scam you of money. No shippment, no tracking. Please do not order from them. The customer service team do not reply to your messages and you will just loose money. Do not order from them!

Absolutely rubbish! They charge the money and does not ship any items for months. When I emailed the customer service asking for a refund, I never got a reply. Strongly advise everyone not to order anything from them. This is fraud and scam.

Same as everyone else.I ordered over a month ago and no shipment information , no follow up email, nothing! No response to my inquiry through customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! Now I’m out almost $100
