I went to this place for an oil change and ended up with no car. My car drove in just fine... but when i went to turn it on to leave it made this weird noise for several seconds. I took it straight to getting it checked and there was too much oil and still appeared partly dirty. The oIl was drained and the noise had stopped but took it back to jiffy lube anyway and told them. A couple days later the noise started again and we contacted them again. Now theyre saying they wont fix it because its a sensor or because they dont know what i did when i left, and it must be my fault. No. My car was fine when i pulled in n not when i left. The workers heard it. But now you wont fix it. This is bull! No integrity what so ever! Dont go there. I wish i could go back in time and not get that oil change. It cost me my car 😭💔 Dont do it

Adam at the Tempe,Az location provided great service! I went in for an oil change and he also advised me my coolant needed filled ,filters and wipers needed replaced if I wanted to proceed with it he could do it. I opted go all except the wipers and he had it done in no time! Great customer service! Thank you Adam.

They were friendly helpful and had my car back to me quickly !!! Definitely will be a return customer and refer my friends.

Huge shout out to Dennis M and crew! They were kind, honest, up front and diligent - they applied every discount they could find and they did a fabulous job getting my A/C running, after a year of nothing but hot air blowing out. I am writing to formally report a serious issue following an oil change performed at the Jiffy Lube location in Timmins, ON. The technician’s clear incompetence, as confirmed by two independent mechanics, including the Hyundai dealership resulted in my engine seizing. I was told that someone from Jiffy Lube’s head office would contact me. No one ever did. I also sent a detailed email outlining the situation and received no response. During my initial conversation with the store, it was suggested that the problem might be related to a Hyundai engine recall. I want to be absolutely clear: there is no recall associated with this engine or model. I confirmed this directly with Hyundai Canada, the Timmins Hyundai dealership, and through a full VIN‑based recall check. The lack of accountability and complete absence of customer service from Jiffy Lube has been unacceptable. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly.

I got upsold on a coolant flush that the manager said I needed at 30,000 miles, which I later found to be recommended by the manufacturer at 100,000 miles. Happy I at least turned down the brake work they wanted to do!

When to the fargo location store 336 and seen the assistant manager is a sex offender jamie cavazos i guess they hire anyone up there not cool i wont be coming back

Jiffy Lube at 20916 Burgan Path. advertise on their site that they do conventional oil change. So I called them and asked if I need an appointment. I didn’t, so I drove there to be told that they DO NOT do conventional. These unprofessional clowns wasted my time and gas. Incompetence is rampant in America, exacerbated by the DEI insanity.
