I had a very bad experience in your Bensalem, PA location. The manager (Shawn) was very rude. They over charged my daughter, and I am an experienced Tech with over 40 years in the trade. She was sold a repair that I know was not needed and the book time they charged her was more than double. I contacted customer service and the district manager was very responsive. He listened to me and exceeded my request. It was a good recovery and many thanks to Jibrail.

Adam at the Tempe,Az location provided great service! I went in for an oil change and he also advised me my coolant needed filled ,filters and wipers needed replaced if I wanted to proceed with it he could do it. I opted go all except the wipers and he had it done in no time! Great customer service! Thank you Adam.

Huge shout out to Dennis M and crew! They were kind, honest, up front and diligent - they applied every discount they could find and they did a fabulous job getting my A/C running, after a year of nothing but hot air blowing out. I stopped in just before closing, and they were out of synthetic oil for my SUV. No problem, I went back the next day, around noon. They had my car in quickly (I was 4th in line). One man came into the waiting area with what looked like a slab of road kill, but informed me it was my cabin air filter. Did I want them to replace? Ummm... of course! We all had a good laugh about it, and Gabe, when ringing up the bill, granted me the award for the nastiest cabin air filter in Jiffy history. I was so proud... Everyone, in the garage & inside, was great, & I appreciated the fast service. I highly recommend.
