stopped in for an oil change and it took 40 minutes. on my next oil change 5000 miles later, at another company we found that the oil filter was not the jiffy lube brand which means they never changed the filter. the oil was the same! never changed. Jiffy lube charged me $112 for absolutely nothing. they don't care. management refused to give a refund without proof. Bad company. stay away.

It felt like if you weren't in the inner circle, the crew would bully you, spread rumors, and management would back it up. I had a family emergency with my dog having seizures and was told that wasn't a good reason to be late and that I should have just left him. I also experienced an unwanted advance from a manager. When I raised it, I felt like the team sided with him and I had no support. There were other very heavy situations I had to handle alone while on the clock, including an interaction with a customer who was later involved in a serious criminal case, and I was left alone to deal with it with no check-in afterwards. I was also told to keep a relationship between management and an employee secret or my job would be at risk. I would not recommend working here. There was no real HR support.

Don't go to the one in Chickasha OK. Took our childs car in, later that day it died and had to be towed. Mechanic said there is NO oil in it and the motor is locked. Jiffy Lube said they are not at fault. Where did the oil go!?!? Not and apology for our troubles or anything, just a basic sucks to be you. Been on the phone with corporate and still nothing. Have a car we are still paying and can't be used. And they leave for school soon.

Went into Jiffy lube to get my oil changed. I told them that I noticed a slight oil leak and asked them about where it was leaking. They then changed my oil at $150. for 5 Mins work. I asked about the leak and they said my oil pan was leaking around the seal. They did not give me the option to go and get the seal fixed or wait till they got the part to fix the problem. Now I have to deal with this problem after the oil change. They were more interested in making a buck than giving there customers good service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Went in to get emissions and license tags only and they pulled out my cabin filter to show me it needs replacing. Over priced filter replacing. I didn't take the bait! Not what I came in for!

I am a Lyft driver and once a year I have to get my vehicle inspection in order to keep driving. Twice , so far I've gone to jiffy and have been told that my car needs to have specific repairs in order to get a 'pass' Yet my main mechanic says otherwise. If you are a rideshare driver , I would advise you not to go here. They will extort you for unnecessary repairs

My vehicle uses synthetic oil and is expensive enough, without having to worry if the job is done correctly. Turns out my last oil change(1500 miles ago) the drain plug was split and the oil filter was put in wrong. I was losing oil and needed to get another oil change at another place. My confidence is shaken with Jiffy Lube and I'm taking my business elsewhere.
