Very Good service

The machine I was sent out from Jessky did not work due to a part malfunctioning. While I must admit contacting customer service was slow to begin with. The team were very quick in communication once I had stated that I was upset with the delays. They were able to send the part quickly after that and had made some compensation for the miscommunications between us. While my earlier review of their company was not good, I feel that they have made it up over the past 24 hours. I would consider buying from them again now.
