this is like the first machine i have ever bought so as you can imagine i was a little bit scared to order lol. anyway it came no problem and there was no embarrassment as you couldnt tell what was inside! i was worried it might take me ages to put it together but it was really simple even for me. so i got it all set up and put my dildo on and it was really nice. the machine itself was lovely and quiet like i was told and goes REAL slow or REAL fast so all good there. very pleased with my purchase and just wanted to let others know how happy i am.

I'm exhausted! LOL This item arrived much sooner than the estimated delivery date AND was exactly what I thought it would be. It's very compact, and appears to be very well manufactured. It will slow down a little when it gets deep, but shouldn't be problem for a seasoned toy owner. If you're new and tight, the resistance will slow it down slightly. I consider it the best purchase of the year! Thank You!

Seller was great. Box arrived about 3 business days to the east coast of the US. I was able to track the shipment almost immediately. The sex machine appears to be built very well I was surprised how heavy the support rods were and the over all quality of the product. The sex machine is very very quiet when it is on max speed it sounds like a very very quiet kitchen mixer, when its any slower its almost silent. For this price I don't think you can do better for this quality and amount of adjustments you get with the sex machine.

I placed an order that totalled $212.53 and was charged twice for the same order. I contacted customer service via email (there is no phone number) and asked to cancel my order and refund me my money. They denied that I was double charged at all and stuck to this until I called my bank and declared this a fraudulent charge. Then I got and email say they would refund me only one payment of $212.53 they instead paid me $199.50 and have still not responded to my demands of a refund and order cancellation even though the order has not been packaged or shipped yet. Everything on this site is a lie. For the record my order was placed over a week ago and it hasn't been shipped yet even though the site assumes you 1-4 businesses days. Still waiting on my refund. Scammers. Update: After this review I was contacted by Jessky via email and asked to change my 1 star rating on the promise of a full refund. I rellied by saying I'll gladly change it once I have received my refund. I still HAVE not received that refund. Do not use this site!!! You will get ripped off!!!

Nach anfänglichen Bedenken ob die bestellte Ware evtl. doch nicht über eine deutsche Versandadresse geliefert wird und somit noch Zollgebühren fällig werden kann ich diese jetzt widerlegen. Alles lief reibungslos wenn auch länger wie angegeben. Das gelieferte Paket kam wohlbehalten an Ein fehlendes Zubehörteil wurde nach einem kurzen Kontakt nachgeliefert. Die gelieferte Maschine funktioniert zu unserer Freude einwandfrei. Einer weiteren Bestellung würde somit nichts im Wege stehen.

Not great on the delivery side of things but I got a full refund

I am very unhappy with my experience! I ordered my product on the night of the 8th of this month and canceled it on the 9th before it was shipped. I believe they ignored my email to cancel the product and shipped it anyway. While it was in transit I again made it VERY clear that I did not want the product. They continued to respond that I should try it and would like it. I offered to return it to sender once it arrived because I did not and still do not want the product. Now that it has arrived and remains unopened they state that return shipping would be very expensive and I should settle for a 10% discount. As of late their most recent concern with issuing a refund is that tracking states the product has already been delivered. They knew before the product left their facility that I wanted a return of my money and I believe they sent it anyway thinking that I would fear the cost of sending it back to Singapore.

I have another review here and it has four stars that review was because I received my package and it had one damaged piece. I am now changing my review to five stars because I was received email from jessly's customer service offering me a replacement part without me contacting me . For me that is truly customer service and any company that has service like this and a great product deserve a great review. 5 stars
