Hi, so i recently purchased a premium machine with a side attachement from them which the total cost was over 450$ CAD. At first i was really worry seeing has the reviews from them are really bad… And my worries are becoming reality. They shipped the items 2 days after purchase which is fine, shipping went really fast BUT here’s the first hiccup, upon arriving at the “out for delivery” status, the shipping company decided to resend the package to sender because of an “incomplete address” error. Which means that the sender “Jessky” has put in an address that was has they say, incomplete… now you would agreee with me that this would be THEM “Jessky” at fault… I sent an email to them, to have them “Jessky” respond to me i would need to pay an extra 50$ for the resent shipping cost!!! This is a SCAM! I am not paying for this since it is THEIR error in the first place and THEY should assume it. Will either ask for a full refund or if i do recieve the items keep them as it is as i already paid for that order.. “EDIT” Changing my 1 star to 3 star has they were surprisingly extra fast responding to my email about this situation. They will let go of the 50$ extra shipping cost and leave it has is. “Update” I now received the machine that I ordered BUT i had ordered a fitting with it on the same order and i didn’t get it… this is really unprofessional in my opinion and I have yet to get any info on the missing item.

We liked the price and the options of the sex machine. Curious to know how long it will take to be delivered, I ordered it on 01/17/2020 and haven't received it and today in 01/30/2020. Thanks

They have finally processed and shipped my order it also just arrived so i will say at least they are a legitimate business. The order was still processed and shipped later than they said it would be .

After reading these late shipment reviews I’m getting worried. It’s been four days and my order still says awaiting shipment. Please Jessky, rectify this immediately. Order No. 19092002064497

Well after about 3 days of no response for the team, I finally got an email giving the track number of my item. It took about about 5 business days for it to be delivered. Thankfully nothing wrong with any of the parts so that a positive I can give them. Only thing I could say is I’d wish they would changed the “1-4 days to be delivered” down because if causes confusion for a lot of people and it takes them a while to respond back with any information. All-in-all I’d have to give maybe a 3 star for the confusion it took and late responses but great for no damage on the parts so the package was handled great too.

Okay ordered 4 business days ago. Says ships in 1-4 days. Haven't heard anything on my order.

I ordered and paid on July 19th, 2019. It is now July 24th, I have received no email giving tracking or notification that it has shipped. I even tried to contact the company to ask if everything is on track and no response. My order number is 19071912322471. It seems like they do this type of thing to alot of people. I may have to file a claim with PayPal soon if nothing is resolved. EDIT: After posting this review I was contacted by the company and my item promptly shipped out and received. Time will tell on the items quality, but as for my shopping experience, I don't feel like I should have to leave a negative review somewhere to receive the items I paid for.

I still have not received confirmation of order from Jessky or a order number/tracking number. Order was placed on 10/07/19 No contact phone number on website which is worrying.
