Customer service is not very good. I havent been updated about my order, so have no idea whats going on and where my parcel is.

So far I’m very disappointed. Their website says "We ship from warehouses in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, Germany. So depending on where you are located, your order will arrive in 1-4 days" (copied and pasted from their website). I live in Ontario, Canada. But mine shipped from China and I owe $45 CAD in import duties. It also didn’t even begin to ship until 3 days after i paid and won’t be delivered until the 29th (I paid on the morning of the 18th). I selected free DHL shipping which said it would deliver in 1-4 days. This is a complete misrepresentation and the client should be notified BEFORE something ships from China so they can decide if the fees are worth it (and they aren't to me!) There is NOTHING about duties on their website. The seller is being irresponsible not mentioning that they ship from china and you may owe a fortune in import fees if you have an expensive product being delivered (mine was less than $300 but it’s easy to spend over $1000 on the site) Edited to add: the company contacted me through trustpilot while I was camping so I missed the 4 day window to give the company more info. Ridiculous lol. Save your time and money and buy a different product. I can prove I purchased this one. I have my receipt and order number. They have requested my review be removed so I have now submitted my receipt of purchase. I will also provide my UPS fees.

Ordered a pretty pricey item (£110 +) over a week ago and today got slapped with an extra £20 on top in customs charges. It was advertised as coming from a UK warehouse. So if you do order anything, make sure you don't expect it anytime soon, and take into consideration an extra £20 on top!

The company appears to be fake, shows all the signs, but you must also remember you order anything on the internet during the covid 19 outbreak, things will take longer, especially if it has to imported, i ordered my package around april 15, got it may 11th, but i still wouldnt order again from the website because of how they lack customer service

The first time I ordered a machine was not too bad. It got here within a week and everything worked. Since I loved the machine, I figured that I would get a friend one for her birthday. This time when I ordered, it was hell. I ordered it on the 15th, it said it was awaiting payment but immediately took out the payment. On the 21st, I noticed another charge from Jessky. They took out another payment for the same machine. My friend has yet to receive her machine. I am currently emailing the company and their excuse was 'i see, the date is not same , my firend,' I told them that two different payments were taken out on two different days. This company says they have warehouses all over the United States but I have somebody on the other end of the email who can hardly speak English, a package coming from Saudi Arabia, no number to speak directly to a customer service agent. The only reason that I did not give this rating a single star is because when I received my machine, I loved it the machine itself.

As many others here I have not received shipping info 2 weeks after my order. I ordered on 2/7/20 and after reading reviews I contacted the company via email. I did receive a response saying they were on vacation and my order may be delayed 3 to 7 days. After the 7 days of still no shipping info I really had out again. This time I was told they had not returned from vacation and maybe I would receive my order next month!! Seriously, website says 1 to 4 day delivery and now they are saying a month? It is now 2/21/20 and I have not received any info, I did email once again but with no response this time. I wish I read these reviews before purchase. I am just hoping I at least receive my order at some point and this is all not a scam. I will update my review if I receive support or my order.

Pros... The machine itself is good and powerful. Seems well built. Cons... 2-4 days delivery? Try 14 days! Posted from UK? Posted from China! Absolutely no instructions! Anyone's guess what the different remote control settings do. The quality of the "attachments" is terrible. No firmness, feel awful, they wouldn't even be in a £5 Lovehoney novelty bag. The means of attaching things to the machine is next to useless. Some sort of cheap 3 pin electrical connector, not the quick connect fitting shown. The connector keeps unscrewing and things work loose. The power supply didn't have a UK 240V plug. It came with a cheap adaptor that made an arcing noise when plugged in, so went in the bin! Customer service is pretty pathetic. Lots of generic "cut and paste" answers, and lots of lies. Overall... Overall, I won't be ordering anything else from Jessky, and I would advise others to go elsewhere. I have a definite feeling that most of the 5 star review on here are fake.
