Company is not very responsive. I tried to cancel because of reviews I saw here. It was ‘too late’ and had already been sent. After DHL bungled the delivery (which I understand is not jessky’s fault) I finally get the product which doesn’t turn on. I sent an email to their customer service email letting them know and with photos. This was 4/30/19 and have yet to receive a response. I am extremely dissatisfied and plan to pursue greeting my money back. Because this product and service was NOT worth it. Update: 05/17/19 I have been in touch with the company and they are continuing to go back and forth with me. I have expressed I wanted to return my unused item and I will pay to ship it back as they state on their policy even though it will most likely cost me at least 50-100$ just for postage. What is very irritating is they have a return policy that they do not follow. I’m extremely ticked because it doesn’t work, and the response I received was, “hi i am sorry, i have check , the adapter light is off, we will send a new adapter to you asap, my friend.” So, even after sending photos and video proving it doesn’t work they don’t want to refund me my money. I do not want an adapter I no longer want the product and yet I continue to have to argue back and forth. I’m really angry, because the quality isn’t there for attachments, the machine itself doesn’t work, and customer service is deplorable. I have wasted over $450.00 on this lackluster product that takes space, and over a month of my time arguing. I hope that people look to this site for honest reviews because the ones on their website don’t appear to be.

I ordered an item a few days ago, and when wanting to track my shipment, realized through reviews, lack of phone number, and no email correspondence, the Jessky site might not be legitimate. If they do not contact me and update/ship my item, legal action will be taken and more negative reviews will be the least of their worries.

EDIT: PAYPAL HAVE OPENED A CASE AGAINST YOU AND YOU HAVE 10 DAYS TO RESPOND AND REFUND ME OR THEY WILL REFUND AND TAKE IT FROM YOU I AM MORE THAN ANGRY AT THE MOMENT I HAVE SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS, MESSAGES AND THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER AS STATED IN FAQS I HAVE HAD NO CONTACT BACK ORDERED MY ITEM ON 26TH APRIL AND HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING AT ALL, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD WITH PAYPAL TO CLAIM BACK MY £370!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I should've check the reviews . I have not received an email for my order of the sex machine on the 28th . Im supposed to get a tracking # and now im worried my package is not coming and this is a scam.There are too many crooks out here and im gonna take this up with the authorities. I have ordered an item with jessky on the 28th of April and sent few emails to ask for confirmation of order and shipping. I still not have any replies. Ordered a week ago still nothing. Should have read reviews first. They have no phone number. Just two emails that clearly no one responds to. Will be canceling order through pay pal as soon as possible. This site is a stupid joke.

Update 4/19/19 After posting review...we did get an email from Jessky telling us the package would be delivered on Monday the 22nd by the end of day (we were supposed to receive it on or before 4/13/19...apparently and unfortunately if you want your order quickly you need to give bad review bc the emails sent prior to review were ignored but responded to as soon as the review posted! Also I feel like if you’re going to sell a product be upfront and answer emails and put a contact number on the website!!! Will get back with all as soon as package is delivered! 4/18/19 Don’t order from Jessky!!! Ordered on 4/12/19, payment through PayPal same day, with delivery being 1-4 days and still no package or response from the 3 emails I have sent! Order number 19041307411491! Will definitely dispute with Paypay for full refund!!!
