Longer delivery and shipping but great product!
I have ordered a product almost a week ago. Never received a confirmation email. After the weekend decided to email. I was given a tracking number for Royal Mail. 4 days later still waiting for the product to be shipped. Update: I have received the machine and all parts a few days later. The delivery took closer to 7 working days I would say. Jessky has always responded my emails, so I knew the product was being delivered. You have to be patient, it’s a great toy and worth the wait! Happy playing!

1-4 days? More like never
Ordered my machine on a friday with 1-4 day shipping. It's now 5 days later, still no update or shipping. Keep trying to contact customer support, they don't ever reply. I would go somewhere else for your machine. Might be more expensive but atleast your have CS and shipping
