I wish I had read reviews first
I wish I had read reviews first! I don't know how they are still in business. They never sent my product out- No refund No explanation, No product. I really thought they went out of business So I was mad and I gave them all info and ordered again. Its been six days and nothing. Call BBD

UPDATED REVIEW
So my parcel has arrived!! It took 9 days to come rather than the 48 hours the website states but after a little digging and complaining to the company I found out that it is actually dispatched from China! Not the UK so the delay in the delivery makes sense. But why not state 7 - 10 day delivery. It would annoy people a lot less. So now for the product. Really good quality in the machine but not so much with the toys that came with it. Thank god for the suction plate so I can use my own. Sound wise is very quiet, almost silent in the lower speeds but does get louder as it gets faster. Tried and tested the machine REALLY does do what I want it to!! Amazing!! It's just a shame that the website cant be a little more honest regarding the delivery. All in all a 4 star review as there were a few hiccups with delivery

Terrible service
Haven't received any information about my order 19091205305285. Even after emailing there support. Says it will take 1 day to ship and 4 days for delivery. This doesn't seem to be true at all.

My Experience
Well after about 3 days of no response for the team, I finally got an email giving the track number of my item. It took about about 5 business days for it to be delivered. Thankfully nothing wrong with any of the parts so that a positive I can give them. Only thing I could say is I’d wish they would changed the “1-4 days to be delivered” down because if causes confusion for a lot of people and it takes them a while to respond back with any information. All-in-all I’d have to give maybe a 3 star for the confusion it took and late responses but great for no damage on the parts so the package was handled great too.

Poor service, no customer feedback
Seems as though everyone is having the same issue. They promise shipping confirmation within 24hr of payment received but 3 working days gone and nothing, customer support has not replied to any emails . order#19090406500582 Poor service
