F#$% THIS PLACE During this covid 19 BS our governor SUGGESTED as GUIDELINE to wear masks. The ordinance suggests stand 6ft apart. THE SIGNS ON THE DOOR SAYS MASKS ARE THE LAW! WHICH INFRINGES ON MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!! I was told to get out of the store, not asked for not wearing a mask. I WILL NEVER VISIT JERSEY MIKES EVER AGAIN. based on the CDC Website CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies), especially in areas of significant community-based transmission. Not a good experience! Website says "curb side pickup", but there is not curb side pick up. I had to go inside, where many people were waiting. I mentioned I was there for a online order, at first the crew acted like they didn't know anything about it. Then it was found and I was told it would be a few minutes. I had not brought a mask, expecting to pick up at the curb, so I didn't enjoy standing waiting with people coming in and out. On top of this part of the experience, When I mentioned it, the MGR. chimed in suggesting I was out of place. THEN THE CAPPER! I had an upset stomach after eating the sandwich, hummm??

Had my first and LAST jersey Mike's sub today. Could have made it at home. Not only pricey but plain. Subway has much more to offer in breads, meats, Veggies and dressings and cost is much lower.

I would have given this company multiple stars prior to my last visit which took a 180° negative swing. Recently my wife went to the Fairfield California location to pickup two sandwiches for our lunch, I went to the Jersey Mikes website, found the sandwich I wanted and printed it out in color, I then wrote on this printout and highlighted all additional condiments etc. that I wanted. On the printout from the Jersey Mikes website it shows a picture of the sandwich, states the menu number of the sandwich and lists the ingredients of the sandwich. I ordered a #56 which is a Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sub, what I received was a #20 Grilled Pastrami ...REALLY!!😱 My wife went back (second trip) with that same printout to have them make the correct sandwich, I also called ahead and spoke to an individual to alert him of the issue, I even gave him a contact number where he could reach me if there were any questions. My wife returns, I open the sandwich and again WRONG, there was just steak, onions and mayonnaise on it, 75% of the normal ingredients were missing and all of the requested extras were missing, no one from Jersey Mikes called me with any questions🤔🤔?? I go back (third trip), stand in line patiently until it was my turn, I begin to explain the situation and was cutoff by the employee who went into defense mode, she became unwilling to listen or cooperate, she then became condescending, disrespectful and verbally combative, a second employee soon joined in with her of course. As a result of this, my tolerance level was exhausted and what should have been a simple process became a scene, ultimately I did not trust these people to prepare or handle any food I would consume so I requested a refund. The following day I called Jersey Mikes Corporate Office and lodged a complaint, I was told that it would be forwarded to the owner of that location and the owner would be giving me a call. It’s been one week since I phoned in this complaint to their Corporate Office, as of today, I have heard nothing back from anyone in this company. Another USA based company apparently not concerned with Customer Service, I’ll not be tossing anymore of my hard earned dollars in their direction, I guess they don’t realize that their are infinite other sandwich shop choices out there, ones with competent servers who possess the intelligence to pay attention and get a simple order correct, after all, it really isn’t Rocket Science ...🤬

I ordered five sandwiches today, two of which were the number ten tuna. When I returned home I found both tuna sandwiches too soggy to hold by hand. When I opened the sandwiches in an attempt to salvage the 'tuna' part of the sandwich, I found only bread and shredded lettuce. The tuna would have fit on a tablespoon. I won't be going back, ever. Ever. Why don't you just tell your customers, "it's a bread and lettuce sandwich." I've never seen anything so dishonest.

I WENT THERE TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. I ORDERED MY FOOD ASK THEM TO CUT IT SMALLER THANKED THEM AND PAID AS I WAS LEAVING I HER TWO YOUNG GIRLS SAY SHE NEEDS HER FOOD CUT UP CAUSE SHE HAS NO TEETH. I ordered meatballs sub & #9 sub today. I was very disappointed the breads are stale even though they toasted them on the grill. Their meats are not better than subway. This is my first and last time coming to this place. IS NOT WORTH IT. “SUBWAY IS BETTER”.

The Jersey Mike's in Amelia Ohio has exceptional service. The employees tend to be young adults but they all have a caring attitude and are very kind and polite. Usually, when I see young adults working in restaurants, I know that they don't care about the job they have and most likely my food is going to be messed up or made carelessly, not at this location! I've had wonderful conversations with these young people, as well. Keep up the great work! :)
