I have gone to Jersey Mike's on multiple occasions and have enjoyed Jersey Mike's every time I always get the same thing the club sub which is turkey ham and bacon on Rosemary parmesan I get it Mike's way which has lettuce tomato onion oregano salt oil and vinegar my preference is no tomato and onion with extra vinegar. Now there are some major Pros with going to Jersey Mike's and I'm going to list them off here. 1 The Bread is made fresh everyday and the Rosemary Parmesan bread is amazing on its own. 2 The lunch meat is sliced in front of the customer which makes me happy because lunch meat that is left out for a long time can become slimy. 3 The veggies are sliced fresh every single day one of the Jersey Mike's employees informed me that the veggies are from a local Farm which is pretty cool. 4 the selection of toppings for the sandwiches are almost endless but the best way to go is to go Mike's way. 5 they offer bottled cold pure leaf iced tea which is brewed fresh and has a delicious flavor. 6 the roast beef is trimmed and baked daily. 7 every experience that I have had at Jersey Mike's has been very clean. Each staff member is at different stations preparing the sandwiches. There are a couple of things that you should know before you decide to go to Jersey Mike's 1 it is an expensive sandwich however for the quality and flavor of the sandwich I would be more than willing to pay the price that they have it set for. 2 The sandwich is not good for delivery it gets very soggy from the oil and vinegar if you order it Mike's way the best thing to do is eat it there or in the car. I hope that your experience at Jersey Mike's is as great as mine, Enjoy your future sandwiches.

i took my granddaughter to your glenmont, ny location, about two months ago we both had subs,sodas, chips,.They were the worst subs we ever had.For the following reasons, 1.too much oil,2.price is way too much,3.sub rolls was tasted gross,4.clerks were rude,5.store was dirty,5.soda was flat,6.i asked for no salt and pepper and got salt pepper, 7.clerk short me my change and when i questions him he go rude.So all in all we are not going back to ever again.

I ordered the sandwiches online and pick up at Northlake branch. Each time they charge the staff, who make sandwiches, today the sandwiches were very tiny and not much of meat and veggies. I felt that I had been ripped off. It is very expensive, I will not order again enough to for jersey mike.

Has anyone else had this happen? Twice I went to my local Jersey Mike's and twice after ordering the person making my sub slapped the bread directly on the counter. No paper just right on the counter. I mentioned this & the manager said they sanitize the counter multiple times a day. I asked what sanitizer they used that is ok to touch customers food. I did not get an answer. I always eat at the subway down the street now.

Sandwich itself was adequate, although pricy for what it was. Customer service was very poor. Second time I received such poor service. They will not get a third chance from me. To many other good options available!

there was so much pepper in the tuna that i couldn’t even eat it without my mouth on fire.
