At first I had an issue with Jersey Mikes but the owner contacted me and the general manager and rectify the situation the subs were excellent the sandwiches were perfect and I really appreciate the feedback that I got from the manager and the general manager thank U Jersey Mike's you're a five star in my book

I have been eating at Jersey Mike's for years. I have been to several locations and have never had a bad experience. The food is always good and the customer service is always top notch. That is a real accomplishment in an industry that has been lacking in the customer service area in recent years. I also love all the money they give back to local communities.

The subs are always fresh!!

My Family and I are in San Diego for my sons US Marine boot camp graduation. I ordered 9 subs online and it said that there was a problem so I called the store. Mind you they closed over an hour after I had called. I was told that she wasn’t sure there was enough bread for the sandwiches. It was 9. Not like I was ordering hundreds of sandwiches with an hour and 15 minutes before they closed and the girl who answered the phone was absolutely no help! I went to Subway ordered bigger sandwiches and they treated us amazingly! Won’t be calling Jersey Mikes again.

I ordered a sub with just lettuce and tomatoes and they charged me 14 bucks! NOT WORTH IT!!

Two stores failed to give points after transactions. I wrote to customer service and explained what happened, never received any response. No matter how good your food is, when you fail in customer service, the business fails.

Very disappointed in tuna salad. Called store and asked if it was white albacore tuna and was told "yes". Bought it, no, it was regular tuna.

Those cheese steaks were amazing the staff and crew amazing management there took care of us. At the 18690 s Nogales Hwy at tucson AZ.
