Not sure what happened to jersey mikes subs but I went there today and had a ham sub, hardly any ham on it . It was like just eating a bun. Will not go back.

I absolutely love Jersey Mikes subs. I suggest if you are a first time customer in one of there stores, to try a club sub or turkey and provolone cheese. Get it “Mikes way” and add the white onions and pickles on it. Pair it with a bag of Aunt Vickie’s chips and you are in for a great lunch.

Ordered on line just before 1:00 pm, arrived at the designated time which was 1:14. I finally received my food at 1:35 but while waiting, watched at least ten people, come in, order, and leave with their food before I did. I never eat at jersey Mikes and would starve before ordering from them again.

I have never experienced such poor customer service at an establishment in my life. I frequented the Jersey Mike's Store #28022 (Waugh Chapel) and the employees were obnoxiously rude, unprofessional and condescending. There are way too many young adults employed here and not busy as they were standing around talking. As I was placing my 3 orders, the employee making my subs became highly agitated that I had special requests with these sandwiches. As she was making the 1st sub, she saturated my sub with too much oil; the 2nd she added cheese when I specifically stated NO cheese; and the 3rd, I asked that NO tomato be added and the person at the register just laughed in my face and insisted that the sub was not my order since I asked for the sub to be toasted. It was quite apparent the employee did not listen fully to my requests, nor did they care that my order was accurate. Basically, they made it seem like I was a bother to come in and place my orders. I felt humiliated and not very respected as someone who could pass as any of these teens parent. The behavior they displayed is not only inexcusable, but unacceptable to the point someone should be fired. If this behavior continues, I am sure more complaints will be filed, and this store may very well get shut down.

As a first-time customer I must say the service was horrible. I downloaded the app for convenience purposes and was very disappointed that my order was not ready as promised via the text I received for my order confirmation. I stood and waited nearly 25 additional minutes and was told 2 times that my order was being prepared meanwhile I overhear another employee stating that she knew those sandwiches (My Order) had been made but must have made it into other customers orders. No sense of urgency to get my food made but continued to full fill others as they walked in. Not a good first impression at all and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have filed 2 separate complaints with the company and have yet to be contacted by anyone, Pathetic to say the least.

Bread at Preston Centet Dallas location was fabulous last week. Could hardly wait to go back. Just picked up a sandwich at Dallas Parkway location. Bread was terrible. Hard and dry. Been sitting too long. So sorry. I notice when person was cutting bread lengthwise after me, it looked hard and dry and thought, “hope mine isn’t like that”. Lynn Smith.
