I sent my wife to buy myself and her a sandwich to split which we got the giant it says 16-18 inches on the list which it was 13.5, false advertisement.... also i got a footlong sub to split between my kids which he said was 11 inches and it was 6 inches not even enough to feed my kids.. So i called up there and the ignorant ass female manager said there is no way one of her employees trained by her would lie to us and was a complete b#$&* to me and i get food from this place very often. Needless to say ill never be going back PEOPLE BEWARE NOT ONLY ARE THEY FALSE ADVERTISING THEIR FOOD THEY ALSO HAVE THE RUDEST MOST IGNORANT MNANAGER ON THE PLANET. Jersey mikes you have a good name you need to take care of problems like this before these people run your name into the dirt. Very disappointed and will absolutely warn everyone about this noone should ever be talked to and treated this way by any business.

No one EVER greets the walk-in customers. You wait while they continue making the on-line orders. They look like they are waiting for a root canal! They should repeat your order to you, and care about customer satisfaction. The owner should read the reviews and take action to make the total customer experience better. For the last 3 years, I have been been going to the Jersey Mike's on Gilbert RD and Rivulon in Gilbert, AZ (75 E Rivulon). I usually go about 2-3 times a week. Out of all the Jersey Mike's I have been to, this is by far the best one. The staff is always super nice, they know me by name, and always have my food ready super fast, knowing I only have 30 minutes for Lunch. A lot of my Coworkers also go there on a regular basis. Worst place ever. Employees are rude and are too busy screwing around to take care of business. Ordered 4 subs got three. It ticked me off that I had to wait so long to get the 4th sub. The black kid said did you check your yellow slip to see if the order was correct. I didn’t know I was supposed to do that. They were all asses when I asked how much longer the kid said I’m not on the grill. I said well ask him and the curly haired kid never answered being a dick. A half hour later they still never made my sandwich and never gave me my money back. Never again at jersey mikes.

One of the best sandwiches I've had in a while.

I went to the store on Broadway in Boise- I have never been treated with more respect and compassion as I did there with multiple orders. They got all of my orders correct, to the 100% of their abilities, I will, from now going forward, order my sandwiches from them

This place sucks. They charge you top dollar for an empty sub. It’s like $17 bucks for a steak and cheese. I go to Market Basket Kitchen and buy a better sub for $6.99. I would never go to this rip joint again. Subs are not that good to charge 20 bucks.

I ordered 2 roast beef subs yesterday. The roast beef was gray in color and very un appetizing!!! Thin layer of gray roast beef. Ugghh!! When I called to complain, because it was a delivery, I got a response that yes, the roast beef was a gray color but still good to eat. Not!!! I did receive a refund from door dash but jersey Mike's just lost a customer. They used to make good sandwiches but they've since declined in quality alot!!! Boca Raton, fla.
