By far the worse experience. Will never recommend or buy Jenn Air again. We have the Jenn Air Oven/Microwave Combo Model JMW2430IM02…we have had it since December 2019 and it’s already not working. Supposedly we have to change a panel that no one can find…our last oven lasted 15 years with zero problems and cost 10 times less. Jenn-Air is a joke. I have searched the web and my issue is very common with these units.

I bought a Jenn air downdraft cooktop January 27 2021 and the top cracked from one side to the other. nothing was dropped on it. Now I find out there are no replacement parts available and the top has been discontinued. Don't waste your time or money on Jennair 2500.00 for a cooktop that cant be fixed. UPDATE jennair customer service contacted me and corrected Best Buy by telling me Jennair has a 2 year warranty. A tech is being sent to my house and part has been ordered. I will keep you updated

The LED lights went out in my almost new barely used refrigerator . I contacted them and they said it shouldn’t have happened so they would give me the parts for free. I was confused but had no choice but to pay $196.58 labor cost. Fast forward a couple of months and they are now acknowledging that the cause was a defect and covering the parts and labor as would happen in any recall. I contacted them to get reimbursed for the labor. I was put on hols for awhile and then told they would not cover it. This is a terrible response and the appliances are very expensive will never buy or recommend thier products

I wish I could put minus 5 stars. We've had nothing but problems w/ the in wall microwave/oven combination and also our dishwasher. The panel on the microwave/oven needed reset every other week by turning the breaker off. Now that doesn't work. It is three years old. The dishwasher welds broke on the sliding tray. Welds should not break after 2 years of limited use. We're an empty nest and this equipment gets used a a couple times a week.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We built our home in 2017, and decided to go with all Jenn Air appliances in the kitchen. Within the first year we needed to have 3 of the 5 appliances serviced (the double ovens twice!) The ovens decided to stop working again... just over 5 years after the original purchase date. After calling customer service and expressing my disdain (nicely) I was basically told to have a nice day and call the local repair service... which now know us by name... they came and told us that we needed to replace the same part that has been replaced 3 times before.... with a 6 week wait for the delivery of the part. So I called customer service back and was originally told that I needed to go through the repair company and there was nothing else they could do because they were outside of warranty. Really??? 5 years and we have had to replace the SAME PART 4 times!!!! And of course it is the most expensive part... short story long, I asked to speak to a supervisor and after an extremely long hold time, they came back to say that they did some research and they can try to locate the part "sooner" and have it delivered to me at no charge. Oh, magically it is at no charge??? And sooner means that they will look for the part for 4 weeks and if they are unable to locate it, they will call me about an alternative solution... really??? 4 weeks I can wait to see if maybe they can find a replacement??? It is ridiculous... if I wanted disposable appliances I would have bought GE... as a matter of fact, we had better luck with the middle of the road GE appliances we had at our old house. I WILL NEVER BUY JENN AIR EVER AGAIN! I am extremely disappointed and will make sure everyone I talk to knows the terrible quality of their products and customer service this company offers.

My first gas cooktop/ electric convection Jenn Air stove was 20 years old when the oven wouldn't keep the temperature. After waiting for hubby to get someone in to look at it I decided to go and purchase a newer modern Jenn Air (gas/electric convection) Finally once the old stove was moved to his business location, he had an electrician look at it and a wire was loose! Our son took the old stove and 10 years now it is still working perfectly (so 30 years) and our "new one" is now 10 and still working super. I love Jenn Air and I trust Jenn Air. All of the horrible stories I have been reading seem way off from my experience...maybe I am the lucky one but I would purchase Jenn Air again! Maybe the fridge next time as the Samsung fridge I have is junk

Everyone I have ever known has done nothing but complain about how big of a POS Jenn-air is. My parents purchased a Jenn-air back in the early 70s and they were junk then. Skip forward to 2012 when my wife and I purchased this home with the jenn-air oven in it and this POS hasn’t worked correctly… Ever. I will never own a jenn-air again. I will cook over a F*ING fire on my patio with fart-gas before I ever purchase another jenn-air product! Maybe they’re good for the first couple of years but after that… Their temperature and time do not match up and they burn everything or it comes out raw… Your choice, your guess!

The appliance hasn't been installed yet and I am facing issues with customer service, I sincerely hope this review will help save others from falling in the same situation. Do not fall for the dark themed website, their appliances are overpriced for the workmanship and quality. My downdraft vent system (more expensive than DW+Oven combined) came with missing pieces, I called up and the lady told me it will be dispatched in 3-5 business days, I called after two weeks to be informed that nothing has been done and that I should call back again next week and they may be able to give a tracking number. The customer service people sound as if they have been woken from sleep and can do nothing other than say "sorry". They refused to send me email with tracking number or give me a firm ETA. It feels like Jenn Air is saying...."you were stupid enough to buy our product, now you follow us around because we already have your money and could care less".
