At this time I cannot rate the quality of the product. It is a gift for my grand daughter and I was only able to send it to her today (1/15/2021). I was under the impression that I would receive my purchase in time for Christmas by purchasing express shipping. I purchased it on 12/17/2020 and it arrived on 1/11/2021. I kept watching the tracking information(which indicated that it was shipping from Barcelona???) when I was notified that it was out for shipping, but it didn't actually start to ship until after I contacted your support email. Even though the response from the support team stated that they had would received my concern and I would hear back from them in 24 hours, I never received another response from them. Also, when I ordered the Jelly case from the website I had no indication that the order was originating from out of the United States.

I just read everyone’s reviews I don’t know what everyone’s going on about on the bad experience but my experience was actually pretty good and yes it took just over 1 month to arrive due to the coronavirus ( I’m guessing )and shipping and upto date contact they responded within 12 hours ( which to me is normal ) but, I got mine today and I can say it’s the best I love it, I love the sunflowers 🌻 I highly recommend them... Even though it takes over 1month it is worth the wait. Thanks Jelly case

I love, love, love these phone cases! At first when i bought them i was unsure if they would even arrive, but they did! Shipping took much longer than expected, and customer service takes a while to reply, but the actual cases are really good, and the cases have a protective ledge to stop it from smashing if it's dropped.

If I have saved someone from buying from this company I have done my job- also not one to ever write these but that's how annoyed i am! I placed an order and it took two months to arrive. Then when it did, it was the wrong size! Customer service is absolute garbage and they are not helpful. All i want is my money back (which they aren't doing) and to never order from here again. They also delete any comments off their insta so that also says a lot.

I ordered almost a month ago and still havent received item.

I ordered my case in late October. After writing emails and Instagram messages two to three times a week, they finally responded. They send me a tracking number that didn’t exist. I had to ask them and wait several weeks in order to actually use that tracking number. Finally January 1, I requested a full refund of my money and nothing but surprisingly I got it tonite. The case is nothing out of this world. The buttons on the left for the volume are so hard I can hardly use them. Totally wasted $19. Not worth all the aggravation and time spent hunting this down

I ordered in November. It is now January, only one of the cases I ordered has been sent (still have not received it and have no idea where it is). Contacted them after a month of waiting and never received a reply, contacted a second time and they asked what my tracking details were (the items hadn’t been shipped yet so didn’t even have a tracking number) I told them this and again received no response. It has now been two months and I cannot get a hold of them and have not received any of the items i ordered or had any response to my multiple Enquiries. Do not purchase from this site unless you are happy to be completely scammed. Will never order from here again. Update: it has now feb and still no sign of my order. Company will not respond to any communication I have sent. But can ask for me to prove my review is real...

I hope this review helps someone like me! I ordered 2 cases from this company and then decided to read reviews which convinced me I was being scammed, terrible customer service, but I did get my first case (a month later) and the case is super cute, looks like the pictures & seems to be decently protective. Only giving 3 stars to hopefully stand out a little and let someone know that my case did come! I will update you when I get my second case! UPDATE: I finally got my second case Jan 12, looks just like the pictures as well. Overall if you are buying from jelly cases, I wouldn’t worry about it being a scam, just expect it to arrive a month or so later. I hope someone can find this useful! :)
