Case quality is pretty good and both of mine that I received look exactly like the images on their website. I’m only giving 3 stars because the shipping took forever (waited a whole month to receive my cases) and after contacting their customer service team, no one EVER responded to me. Cases are cute but customer service is really poor. Probably wouldn’t repurchase again.

Case doesn’t look like the image. Received an email from customer service ‘Mary’ admitting they use product enhancement photos and the products don’t look like the photos. So basically they’re trying to sell you on the photo. It’s a phone case cat fishing site I guess...

Awful experience, like others - ordered on the 11th July, chased it up after a week as I hadn’t heard anything. Initial email from Mary then got ignored after that. Only just received today, would not order again

Pathetic. I ordered a case on 7/13/2020. It took them over a month to deliver it to me and they sent the wrong case. I double checked my order and receipt so the error is definitely on them. It’s not even worth returning it for the $17 or the right case. The case is also flimsy and the “glitter case” is literally a glittered piece of paper within the case. Don’t waste your money.

I came across this website from ads on Instagram and decided to give it a try. Really pleased with the phone case, it’s really good quality! Fast shipping considering the current times, only took two weeks from China to UK. Customer services were so good and really helpful with my queries.

Due to the pandemic I experienced a delay of 1 week. Very undernstandable due to the world situation. They explained me that some shipping delays are out their control because shipping companies suffered worldwide delays and issues due to the covid-19 pandemic. They contacted the shipping company very fast and solved the issue for me. I received my case the next day. Product quality is awesome and I am in love with their designs. Due to that delay they also offered me a 50% Off discount for my next purchase. I will definetely buy again from them. I love their products and the quality and service was great.

Like the other reviews, I ordered over four months ago and have yet to receive anything. Mary from Customer Service just stops replying to you and they delete all negative Instagram comments. All I want is a refund. Update: Now escalating via Paypal.

I placed an order with Jelly cases on 12th July and it still hasn’t been shipped. When I emailed to chase, I got a response 2 days later from Mary saying they will check the order, then a standard email saying my order was shipped when it’s clearly not been as it’s just the label creation. My last email on 22nd has not even been responded to. Really poor service, wouldn’t recommend ordering from Jelly cases and don’t think I will get my goods or my money back. It’s not looking like a reputable company to me.
