fantastic selection of cases. shipping chain issues made the wait a little longer than usual; the cases were perfect when they arrived, and customer service was very responsive in the meantime, keeping me informed of the arrival dates

I bought two of them one for me and one for my mom (they had a sale for the second one, so why not). The cases fit perfectly too. They don’t block any of the camera features which I’ve read some cases do, and the attached i-ring makes the case flatter than getting and putting one on yourself and that’s what I enjoy, including the fact that it’s magnetic (not for charging but for my car). I am very pleased. And those that complain about shipping needs to understand that it’s coming from overseas and it’s going to take a while, too many people wanting instant gratification or impatient, if that’s you, then keep that in mind before ordering.

Similar to others experiences: you do not get what you pay for. The pictures are misleading and the quality is very poor. I purchased two silicon covers for AirPods and they looked nothing like the picture and the colour was completely different. The covers didn’t even cover the entire case. I also purchased two magnetic vent holders for the car and the magnet wasn’t even strong enough to hold up my iPhone even though in the product description says it would. When I asked for a refund they said I had to pay for shipping. After talking to a different member of the company, they conceded to giving me a full refund for each of these items and I did not have to pay for any shipping.

Ordered an IPhone case and it was beautiful. Great quality and received in perfect condition. Shipping was fairly quick! It's worth any wait.

I bought a case from Jelly Cases, it shipped within a few weeks, and I loved the overall look of it. Unfortunately some of the rose gold on my case started to wear within weeks of receiving it. I sent a note - received a very quick response, and they’ve sent along a replacement case. I’ve read a lot of reviews here around customer service being terrible - I had the exact opposite experience and was really impressed with the rep I spoke with. I would gladly buy here again.

I received my case 3 weeks later because of the pandemic and I did a mistake about my case (took the wrong model for my phone) I wrote a message to jellycases about my mistake and they send me the model of my choice for free and no need to return the wrong case ! Really nice !

Annoyed at myself for not seeing these reviews earlier. My tracking Has been pending for 2 weeks which is giving me the impression it has not and won't be getting sent. I hope this is not the case as I want to support this business Update: pleased to say that I have received my order. I appreciate the quick customer service I received and the actions taken to resolve the issue to ensure I received my package.
