I’ve emailed multiple times for tracking information, an update on shipping, or a refund. They take days to respond if they even do respond. They told me my item got held up because their shipping partner “ did not release some of their packages due to issues” in my area. LIES. I placed my order 8/25/2022, it’s been 7 weeks! Horrible, horrible, horrible. Wasted my time and money! Update: as of 10/26/2022, still haven’t received

I received my first order fast but the second one took a month to arrived. The cases are beautiful but how I wished they replied on my emails faster. It was stressful waiting for their reply. Contacting them on social media was better than email.

Not sure why my previous review was removed? It’s now October 8th, I placed and paid for my order on Aug 15th and still have NO PRODUCT. I have requested a refund several times and my emails are now being completely ignored by Jelly Cases. If this is not a scam then what is it?

My case came a little bit late, but the team was very informing, letting me know that it WAS coming. When my case came in it looked exactly like the photo. The cases from here are amazing!

I ordered my cases on 30/8/22 and still have not received my items yet. I emailed them to enquire and they sent me what seems like a generic response and was told to wait 25 business days. I waited til 25 business day and since sent 2 more emails but no response (sigh). My order number is 85616. Jellycases - what is up? Respond!! Wish I checked reviews before making my purchase…shady company. Will report them if I don’t hear back soon!

Edit: I received my order on Oct 8th (a couple weeks after writing the original review) and the case is really nice. Ordered in August and was charged immediately. No product was ever shipped and it’s now the end of September. I think this is a scam site.
