Absolutely a scam. They don’t ship and claim it’s due to shipping problems on your end. When I emailed them twice to cancel they stopped responding. DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

What a scam. My first order was great! I love my xase. I placed an order in August, it's January and I have yet to see anything! My order was over 200.00! I have sent 22 emails and yet to see anything!

This company is a scam They said they mailed my case and all they did was provide a tracking number … no package yet just a tracking number. Package is still waiting to be shipped. Don’t order from this company save ur money and frustrations! Please

Ordered 2 cases - one doesn’t fit my phone. Emailed on 6th December, didn’t get a response for 12 days and they then asked for photos. Still heard nothing back and going by all the awful reviews on here I’m sure I’m not going to get it. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. The above still stands as the customer service is shocking. It took 2 months to get a refund after sending multiple emails which they ignore for 10 days +. Do they even have SLA’s for emails, absolutely shocking customer service. I still would never order from them but happy to say they did refund my order eventually.

Do not purchase from this company. Terrible customer service. I ordered a phone case for an iPhone 11 Pro, but when I received it, it didn’t fit. I requested a refund, got several e-mails telling me my order was in transit, which was obviously not the issue, then they closed my ticket.

BLATANT SCAM. they will take your money, never ship your product, and ignore any messages asking for a refund. had to eventually dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. i purchased a phone case, and a week later when i checked the status of my order it was still listed as “confirmed.” a quick google search let me know the company was located in spain and their address is a shell. this didn’t immediately set off red flags, but the reviews did. i emailed the company asking for a refund and purchased a phone case from a different company. the company did not EVER reply to my refund requests, only sent me one message saying the problem was with the shipper but it was resolved and that my order would be updated “soon.” SURPRISE, that never happened. over a month later, no communication from this “company.”

i have been scared about the reviews and i have already purchased , but they apologised, i have received my order a few days ago, the costumer service has been a little long at teh begining but lately they have been quite on top

SCAMMM!!!! Placed an order for 2 cases on October 15th.. it’s been more than two months and I still haven’t received any update from them!! I have sent numerous emails requesting for an update or to give refund but no response! I’m disgusted by the kind of customer service they have where you don’t get any response… please do not purchase anything from them.. the one five star review I suspect is an internal post to balance all other one star reviews.
