Honestly, this site is a scam. Do not order. I placed an order in September 2022. After 8 weeks of not receiving anything I reached out to request a whereabouts on my delivery. They were prompt at responding and I believed that I’d receive my order soon. It has now been 4 months, and still nothing. I got sick of waiting and asked for a refund, however as soon as I requested this I got no responses. I’ve emailed them 5 times requesting this over months. NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE! Do not order from here. I’ll be contacting the appropriate people to notify this business is a scam if I do not hear from them or receive the refund. Absolute joke.

Order did not arrive - When I contacted customer service all the said was it has been delivered as far as they are aware. Waste of money

I ordered two items in a Boxing Day sale, I never received a tracking email and my order number didn’t work when I tried to track online. I did receive an email saying they were slower than usual due to a large volume of orders. One case arrived after about a month, and the other has not. I have emailed five times with no response, they can’t be messaged on Facebook and my Insta chat didn’t get a response either. I would suggest shopping elsewhere!

Paid for expedited shipping took over 3 weeks. Mark Taiza from customer service will email and never follow up. Crap company

Do not order anything from them, its a scam. Ordered beginning of December and can never get ahold of anyone and nothing has shipped still. Its been almost a month and a half. I ordered 4 cases for xmas and will never see them. Hoping my credit card will let me pull back the charges this late after ordering.

Total scam!! Contacted my bank and have lodged a scam ticket. They will be investigating and I will be getting my money back. I suggest everyone of Jelly cases victims do the same.

This must be a total SCAM. I ordered well before Christmas. Haven't received the case, and get pat responses when I enquire. I have asked about the order three times. Told it was delayed as the were overwhelmed by the response to the sale. Then told it was being sent. No tracking info, no updates. No product. Avoid!!!!
