SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 1x Iphone case in October 2022 and its now February 2023 and I still haven't received my order. I have emailed multiple times and received the same message back each time-'Problems with a courier and its been sent blah blah'. I asked for a full refund and they sent me a 30% off code. As if I would be stupid enough to buy from them again?! Do not waste your time or your money!!

This company deserves a zero rating...ordered case on 1/1/2023 for iphone 13. More than a month later, nothing. We have RING and see everything. We contacted customer service (JellyCase Team) via email and facebook inquiring about my order and then for a refund. Instead they sent us an email that my case was delivered on Nov 2021!! Really? 2021!!! They are quick to take your money, ignore or lie. I contacted Amazon because this is where I saw this company and assumed they are trustworthy and have integrity. Hopefully, buyers will read this review, and hopefully JellyCases won't remove it or place it at the bottom to be unseen.

They messaged me to say my shipment was delayed and ignored my message to cancel the order until after they'd finally shipped it.. so I won't be getting my packaged for 6 weeks in total since I ordered it. ridiculous

I am currently reporting this company. I never received my order and have tried to reach customer service numerous times. Do not order from here, it’s not worth it.

I would prefer to give zero stars because the experience has been very negative. I ordered two phone cases in early November 2022 and, after many emails, I was finally told via email in January that my cases were sold out and to choose something else. I have asked for a refund several times and my emails are ignored. The last communication was filled with excuses about my email being stuck in their spam filter even though I had replied to their email as instructed. It is wrong that any retailer take your money and not provide a refund if the goods are either not available or the customer has requested the refund. As a consumer we are entitled to change our mind and cancel the transaction. In this instance, it is now theft. This retailer has taken my money, not provided the goods and is now hoping to wear me down with their silence until I give up. I have seen that most of the reviews are of similar experiences as mine and this company should not be allowed to trade. The word trade in itself is false where Jelly Cases are concerned because they are not ‘trading’ anything with the consumer. They are taking money and providing nothing in return. AVOID JELLY CASES. UPDATE!!! Weeks following my review Jelly Cases refunded my money.

Company did not ship order for over 3+ mos. I contacted after 1 mos to cancel and was told I needed to wait until I receive product and then I could return for full credit. Once I did receive contacted them for return I could get no response. Finally 5 mos later someone responded and said I could return but shipping would cost more than the items. BEWARE order elsewhere. Not a good company. Purchase made in August....never received until October 30....initially contact in September when I did not receive. Was told to wait to receive. Finally received August purchase in October .Requested refund beginning in November...ticket# 31984 and 39710...emailed 10+ times and no response for weeks. Finally in January 5+ mos after purchase they told me shipping would be back to China for $30+ more than cost of goods. BEWARE

Excellant service and Super FAST shipping. they really made sure I received my Iphone case and I love it. yes. it had to ship over seas, but once I received it .. I AM VERY VERY HAPPY with it ! Very unique and Great price. thank you Jelly Cases

DON’T ORDER FROM JELLY CASES!!! I ordered 2 cases on Dec 10th. I was patient as it was Christmas and they were not gifts. I received an email that said my order was lost and that one of the cases was no longer available and to choose anything to replace it… which I did. I use Shop which the status never changed from “order placed” for all that time. I tried emailing for status updates with no response. Finally end of January I told them to refund my money; nothing. So, I disputed the transaction with my credit card company and shop. The status then switched to sent and delivered quickly. In shop all three cases shoed as apart of the items being shipped; however I only received one and not only is it cheaply made, it looks used!!!
