Ordered a case on 08/01/23 and reached out on 27/01/23 when I realized my case hadn’t been received as yet. Was advised my phone case must have been lost in transit and the case I ordered was out of stock and to pick another.. which I did and am still waiting for confirmation this has been shipped. I have followed up numerous times with no response. I have also requested a refund multiple times. At this point I just want my money back

I made an order more than 1 month ago and after 2 weeks of thinking that my items are on their way to me, they sent an email saying that the shipping will be delayed for a few more days (20/02/2023 now and they never replied since their last email. I have submitted a chargeback and it will be good if you all submit one. The more chargebacks they get, credit card companies will stop working with them and they will not be able to scam others again.

Disgusting service, ordered 2 cases which they now say they don't have in stock,tried to fob me off with 2completly different cases which were no good to me still waiting for refund 6weeks later ,no response to emails

This company is literally such a joke. Never got my case, had to dispute the charge, thankful I put it on my credit card. The emailed me back 4 months later saying “we’re so sorryyyyyy! Your email got sent to another folder. We’ll send you a case for free.” I responded with a link to the case I wanted. No response.
