They did not have the case I ordered, so they asked me if I might like another one instead. I picked a second case, and they told me that one was not available either, so I requested a refund. It has been over a month since I placed my order, and they stopped responding to me weeks ago. Despite multiple attempts to contact their sales and customer support teams, I have not received my refund.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Do not buy from this extremely amateur site. After waiting 2 months I finally received my case which was smashed around the camera part. I immediately emailed to arrange a refund and was told they were looking into it! 4 weeks later still no response and they are now ignoring my emails. Do not buy from this site.

SCAM SiTE beware I placed an order on 3/3/23 items never shipped. I contacted customer service on 3/10 ticket # 46487 no response. After reading these reviews I wish I would have found them sooner. Hope they enjoy my hard earned $50 they got for nothing.since this review u have contacted them twice through their Instagram with the order number and customer service ticket AND sent them the additional information they requested. No response at all. I highly recommend you do not order there are plenty of other reputable companies to order cases from.

THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS. I cannot urge you enough to avoid it at all costs. I ordered phone cases in December 2022, and in March 2023 I still haven't received anything. They keep telling me it's on the way, but they're clearly lying. Do not buy from here.

Terrible experience. Ordered on Black friday (Oct 2022) and still haven’t received my phone add (now March 2023). Told twice that my case was out of stock, I promptly asked for a refund each time but was ignored. Don’t waste your money here.

They didn’t have the original case I ordered in stock, they offered a replacement after I picked one I got an automated email it was going to be delayed with an unknown date. They then ignored 5 emails from me to cancel it instead. They only emailed back after the case arrived a month later. They have now been ignoring my emails asking for a refund. They also delete negative reviews from their website.
