UPDATE: i have opened a dispute with my bank as i still have not received anything or any shipping information and it is now Dec10th. I have tried reaching out to them again, and again, and have not received anything back from them. Ordered Nov29th, it's Dec8th, still nothing email wise for shipping, have emailed them and get the super annoying automated crappy emails, non personalised service, i have been given 3 different dates it will be shipped by,e ach one has been and gone, i have now requested a refund, and guess what, no reply, go figure, this feels like such a scam

A very disappointing experience. I placed an order on the 22nd of November (before the Black Friday sale), paid extra for priority shipping and until now I didn't receive any information about the status of the order. I've sent two email to customer service but got back only automatic replies (about the Black Friday sale and the Mystery Boxes, not related to my order). It's a shame, because I really believe in the high quality of the products, but I will definitely not order them again.

The first time I ordered from his website it took over a week for me to receive my stuff. I wasn't happy about it taking long because during most of that time the package hadn't even been put together. I ordered from his website again because of the Black Friday sales he had going on. I placed the order on November 23 and it is now December 2. The stuff hasn't even been put together yet. I know part of it's because of the holidays so I had already prepared for it to take a little longer but this is ridiculous. I would try to contact customer service but all of the other reviews say the responses are automated and don't answer the questions being asked so that would be a waste of time.

Appalling service. Paid the extra for a priority shipping service, so 4-9 working days to the UK, nowhere on their website do they state that the 4-9 working days applies AFTER it has left their warehouse, so they took 10 days to ship it. When I questioned this I got excuse after excuse and nothing but saccharine sweet 'Hey thanks for shopping with Jeffree Star' copy and paste responses. No one thinks out of the box, no one uses a bit of common sense, no one even apologises. They couldn't even answer why friends who had ordered days after me received their products over a week before me - they had theirs before mine had even left the USA! I love Jeffree and his products are some of the best I have ever used, but I will never order from his website ever again, the customer service is severely lacking, verging on non-existent. I hav now requested a refund of the shipping at least 3 times, but it has fallen on deaf ears.

Annoyed 😣 I ordered my holiday liquid lips on the 10th, I emailed them and got a automated email basically telling me that they were gonna start shipping those on the 23rd, it’s not the 29th and my order still hasn’t even processed yet. I’m severely annoyed, I want a refund and I doubt I’ll get one. Especially annoyed cause I spent the extra money to get the 2 day shipping... for 18 dollars! Grr not worth it. Don’t do it.

I have given Jeffree Star cosmetics a 3 star rating because my experience with the shipment was poor, but the products I ordered are great. So I would recommend ordering Jeffree Star cosmetics products by other websites than his own. Especially if you live outside the US, as I do. I ordered a lip scrup, a velvet lip (Mannequin) and a lip liner. All products are really good and perform as expected. (5 stars for that) But the shipment from the US to Europe... I ordered on October 31st. On the website the estimated shipping time was said to be 5-9 business days. I recieved my package on November 27th. On November 8th I finally got an email that my order had begun processing. Up to then I was not sure if I was scammed. But then I researched on the internet and I found out that late delivery seems normal for this company. (1 star for delivery) So I would recommend the products. If you have the opportunity, get them at a store or on a different website.

I ordered 3 items on November 9th spent $118 the alien pallet e was not sold out when I purchased my items. I have sent 3 emails no communication has been returned. I am very frustrated I understand it's the holiday season but they have my money I just want to know my stuff was sent or a refund but there are no phone numbers only email.

I ordered about $300 worth of palettes and lip products on Alien launch day, Nov 9. I ordered 1 min after launch. It has been 9 days and my order sits unfulfilled. Two emails have gone unanswered. Did they run out of product? I see people all over Twitter posting pics of theirs, so some delivered. I live one state away from his warehouse so I don’t get it. This is infuriating.
