I ordered my skin frost highlighter in King Tut 5 business days ago. Today is Nov 15 I have yet to receive a tracking number for my order . I deliberately ordered it in advance because I will be out of town so I wanted to make sure that I had it before then.. well it doesn't look like that will happen!! I have emailed 3 times and I still have not even received a response about my order! Jeffree Star you seem like a awesome person and your makeup looks beautiful on pictures but your customer service for your website stinks! Hopefully I get it but I will never order again! Sincerely, a customer who would love to shine bright and blinding!

First of all, I ordered my Blood Sugar on Monday and it arrived within two days! The package is absolutely stunning, the pallet is even more beautful in person and I WILL shop here again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I purchased $80 worth of merchandise on September 28th. Paid extra for priority postage to have it within 9 days max , today is November 2nd. I’ve written 5 emails. They reply to you with the same automated awful response telling you to check in with customs etc. They never answer your actual questions so you’re never really dealing with a person just an email system. They refuse to refund you. They don’t even offer to refund the postage you paid extra for. The service is so tone deaf. Super positive fluffy thanks for shopping with Jefree Star!!!!!!! crappy emails that cause even more frustration cause you’re still waiting on your stuff. My advice is if you like his make up (and I do, I love it!) And you really want to buy it do so from a company that treats their customers impeccably like BeautyBay or Sephora. This companies process is deplorable.

I’ve had no issues with shipping and all products are fantastic!

I ordered the Diamond lipstick but returned the product on Oct 1st. It is now Oct 25th and I have yet to see my refund. Even though USPS tracking shows it was delivered to the address on October 4th. I’ve emailed twice in regards to my refund. First response was completely irrelevant and about a back up of other products to be shipped. The response to my second email was simply that they have been over whelmed with returns and to be patient.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! This company is a scam. They never ship out orders although they charge so much for shipping. Customer service is non-existent. They never reply to emails and couldn’t care less about customers’ concerns. If by chance you’re lucky to receive a response it will most probably be an auto-generated message. The worst mistake I’ve made was to order from Jeffree Star cosmetics website because I’ve lost my money. You better buy their products from Morphe..

On August 15th I found a lip color of Jeffree Star’s that I really loved. I ordered it and paid $35 dollars for two day shipping so I could have it before my birthday on the 18th. It wasn’t shipped from his warehouse until the 17th so I didn’t get it until the 20th. I tried contacting his customer service about possibly getting my money back for the shipping since I got it five days after I ordered, but got no reply. Once I got the product (liquid velour lip shade 818) I tried it on. It was about 10 times brighter than the picture on the site showed and looked like I dipped my lips in cornstarch. It was the most dry matte lipstick I’ve ever used. It made my lips look fake. Not only did it look bad but it smelled unusually strong like a permanent marker. I tried to remove it and it stained my towel and my face. I looked up the return policy and it said to send it back and wait 5-7 days for your money to be returned, then your bank might take a few days to process. So I waited. Two and a half weeks later I got the email saying the warehouse had just received (even though I’d been tracking the package and it had been delivered a whole been prior). I was refunded the money for the lipstick but nothing for shipping. I found it a little funny so I tried to contact customer service again. Seven whole emails later and I still have not been contacted from customer service. I never knew anything about Jeffree Star. I found a lipstick I liked and ordered it. I never did any research. I never watched his videos. My friend told me he harshly reviews other product lines. I’ve heard him talk poorly about other company’s customer service. But I’ve never once sent in questions to a site and not received some sort of reply. I advise everyone to stay away from his makeup solely on his customer service alone.

The shopping experiences is incredibly easy, the prices are so reasonable and some are lower than other brands of the same quality, the packaging is beautiful and they clearly put a lot of time into putting together the boxes. Even the tissue paper is Jeffree themed. I have ordered at least four times and will be putting another one through in the next day or two, colors and products are beautiful and feel good on. Easy to get ahold of someone if you have a question about a product.
