Jeffree StarReviews of jeffreestarcosmetics.com

Unbelievable service. Ordered at the beginning of the week and my order was with me at the end. All the way from the US to the UK. love the products, and the fact they ship half way around the world in less time than it takes most companies in the UK to ship is outstanding.

Always amazing quality love the company! Shipping can take a while so I just pay for express and now I don’t have any issues.

J.S products are very expensive, but I've always wanted to try some. This Christmas I got bit of money, so decided to treat myself. When I ordered my items they did say that they are busy right now and it may take some time to arrive. 2 weeks later, and I decide to send an email, because I wasn't even notified if it was shipped or not. Turns out it's being held by customs and I have to pay £20 to receive the package. Expensive items + £10 for shipping + £20.08 for customs tax = far too much money! When I emailed again just explaining the situation, I received no reply. I'm not sure they could have done much, but just ignoring me is rude and bad customer service. I wish I read the reviews on here before I bought this, as it seems many other people have had issues too. I will not be buying any J.S products again. I was so excited, but now am just disappointed and out of pocket!

Terrible customer service and overly complicate to use. Maybe it’s Karma for all the shade he throws but his products aren’t worth the price or the long wait period

Everything is perfect bar the communication between customer suppore and customer. I understand Jeffree must have ordered coming out his ears, but i feel customer service could be drastically improoved, it seems they are either understaffed or the staff are some what disorganised. This can be easily rectified though and other than that my order arrived on time, in a BEAUTIFUL box, all cosmetics were in perfect condition (i was seriously worried about the pressed powders coming to the UK from USA) Thank you JSC :)

I ordered on Dec 7th and my package arrived Dec 19th. One of the items was defective (Rose Gold Train Case zipper wouldn’t not open). Left multiple emails with no response. (There is no phone number to contact them) I contacted my bank and explained so my bank sent notification to them that they would not be receiving payment unless someone contacted me. I did receive an email a week later and they asked for me to send pictures of the item a copy of my invoice. And then I sent the items back to them to be replaced. I still have not heard back from them they have my money they have my products ..... no response when I email! I’ve been robbed! Terrible business practice and I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau ..... based on all the reviews here somebody needs to shut this business down and do an investigation ! Maybe someone locally there that makes a purchase and has this issue can contact a new station . Will never buy from this brand and I suggest you all do the same. There are too many other companies out there that are going out of their way to take care of customers and provide the best customer service… Jeffreestar.com is definitely not one of them.

I’m so outraged.. I just received a email saying JFC cancelled my order. We leave our contact number on the order form and they don’t bother calling if they suspect your order is fraudulent.. they just cancelled my order and haven’t even sent my money back! I was lucky enough to get both sold out pallets on the recent jan5th restock date.. now I can’t get my order cause they suspected it was a fraudulent transaction. My heart is broken! I’ve been crying like a big baby for hours cause I wanted these so bad and now I’m out of the pallets and my money 😭 I love him so much but his company customer service gets a negative five stars from me .. I’m going cry some more now because god knows when I’ll be able to buy these amazing sold out pallets again .. customer service should have contacted the buyer if they suspected anything unusual

It took a while but I get a lost package and postage replaced Customer service is not so bad as all say here
