Worst shipping experience of my entire life by far . This is insane I ordered my product on the second which I understand is not considered a business day .the day fell on a Saturday one day after a release. What I bought was supposed to be a gift and I honestly expected it to have gotten here by now but I haven't even received any type of shipping confirmation. They took the money from my card .and still nothing .i purchased my product on the second . I was charged on November 2 2019 it's now the sixteenth. Over all extremely impatient and disappointed. This has never happened to me from any type of online shopping experience this is something that should be prepared for it needs to get fixed.

I'd like to of been able to give a better rating but I ordered the medium size Halloween box when it come out I've still not received it I should of had it over a week ago I've emailed customer services 4 times over a week n half and not had one reply I've also tried to contact via facebook,Instagram and tweeted them and still ha nothing I'm at my wits end and at a loss on what to do now they have no other way to contact them and it wasnt cheap I'm now out of pocket 😭 if by any chance they see this please can you sort it out I'm proper gutted I love this brand

This review is regarding shipping. In my online shopping experience, ALL reputable businesses only charge for items once they have shipped your order. Buyer beware. Jeffree Star Cosmetics will charge you credit card at time of purchase then send an email 13 days later stating if you are LUCKY your item might ship in another 10 days despite the company happily charging your credit card without even shipping the item.

I love my Jeffree Star Liquid Lipsticks! They’re my favorite of all time!! The ONLY downfall of this company is they take FOREVER to ship. So you can try to buy off beautylish or morphe (I think those are the only two other sites who sell his cosmetics. ) Definitely recommend his products, just give yourself enough time to order if it’s for a special occasion.

Okay, so I just received my third jeffree star palette even after I hated the first two. I didn't want to believe they were not good. Well....it's safe to say I am pretty disappointed. They were all flops. there is nothing special there and the hype (for me) doesn't live up to the expectations. To compare two palettes I bought around the same time, I found my first Carli Bybel palette while I was searching around in Ulta and I fell in love with it. Became my staple palette. Smooth, buttery, huge payoff, not a lot of fallout and all for $20. Then I fell in line with the hype for the jeffree star palettes and there is literally nothing in any palette I've received that is worth the price you pay for one of them. Every palette I have of his is pretty chalky, requires you to work some layers on your eye before you get the look desired and there's fallout too. for $45. While I was at Ulta, I found out Carli Bybel came out with her new Anastasia Beverly Hills collab and there was also the Morphe x Jeffree Star palette, too. I chose the Jeffree star one because you get more for the price and I wanted to give it another shot. Got home, and it was still upsetting. Few days later, came back to get the Carli Bybel palette since I regret picking the jeffree one over a creator and previous palette of hers that had never let me down before. Got home and I LOVED IT. I know it's just comparisons but in my personal experience and the palettes I actually own, that's what I've learned and for the price and hype of Jeffree's palettes... overall, it is not worth it and I've tried so hard to fangirl over his cosmetics but for me, I just don't love it.

This company is a HUGE rip off! They charge your credit card and you receive zero products. I disputed it on my credit card with the bank. Yesterday, someone called the bank from California claiming to be me, and to cancel the dispute! The fallacy with that is that I reopened the dispute today. I will get my money back! I will also be turning them in to the California Attorney General’s Office

Very disappointing I want to cancel my order, I have emailed 11 hours after I ordered as I wanted to change few items...the same generic e mail is sent and a customer representer will call to follow up... I have had not heard anything.. very disappointing service from Jeffree star

I've had a good experience with all my Jeffree cosmetics things I have bought. People who are saying otherwise don't follow him on social media overall this is a good website and the colors are soo pretty.
