I ordered two products on Dec. 2nd and was just advised that NO orders placed after Dec. 1st will arrive before Christmas. REALLY??? So frustrated, this is ridiculous, the company needs to either hire more people or go out of business.

Ordered and paid for 2 products. . Only one received . No reply to emails requesting status . Shockingly poor customer service.

Ordered a huge bunch of stuff for my daughter for Christmas, haven’t received anything and no word. I’m outta luck because I no longer have gifts for her. Shame on you Jeffree Star. Get out of business if you can fulfill orders. This is thievery.

Like many of the other awful experiences on here. I ordered 2 items on the 1st November which only shipped on the 13th. They finally arrived on the 10th December and my god! I like in the uk but the customs charge was £30 which i thought was ridiculous considering the items were £60 and the shipping about £15-20. Being a student and not having a customs charge warning when purchasing, i had to refuse the charge as i couldnt afford it. The mailers agreed to send the item back for me to the supplier and said it wouldnt take more than 1-2 weeks so ive emailed trying to make sure that ill get my money back , im broke as it is! if that wasnt bad enough, i ordered a second package which was half xmas presents which was only shipped a few days ago! so now ill have to wait another month for the next one to arrive to then do the same thing and send it back again, or worse, pay the customs fee and maybe try sell it to regain the $158 the second package cost me. A total of $220 lost - i am furious. Ive been a fan of both jeffree and shane for 10 years and have never bought merch or makeup before and this is what i have gotten in return. What makes it even worse is that jeffree flaunts all his money but clearly doesnt have the right amount of staff or capacity to be answering emails or shipping orders. And please to god someone tell me why they decided to have the jeffreexshane launch right before the new mystery boxes launch - THEYRE JUST MAKING IT WORSE FOR THEMSELVES!!!!! The amount of times i emailed them to cancel my order before they were even shipped, and noone responded to them meaning now i am having to wait. Goodluck to me paying my bills this month! What a terrible christmas. JEFFREE PLEASE ADDRESS THIS

Ordered online several weeks ago and they still can’t even provide a tracking number. Hire more people if you can’t keep up. Horrible! Will never ever shop with them again.

I ordered a couple things for my daughter. They said it would ship within 10 days, it's been 16 and still has not shipped. Had trouble logging into the site. I emailed and got a generic automated response back. Terrible experience

Awful experience . Have sent 5 emails no reply. They take the money from your account then never respond. I will never order from this company again.

I hate the fact that my teenage Daugher is obsessed with jefree star, because of the price of the makeup, the custom charge as I am in the uk along with the shipping fee, and the hopeless customer service who never reply to emails for weeks! They sent me the wrong size iconic slides and after 2 weeks of waiting for a reply they asked to send photograph of the item and the invoice, which I done... to then for them to reply... “hope you are happy with your purchase if not we offer a refund with in 14 days!” Not only would I have to pay to send them back but also pay the custom charge again if I was to reorder them again, and it was through no fault of my own we are in the uk and sizes are not correctly explained! They said they weren’t doing exchanges at this time. They where within a bundle of JSC things I ordered but now I’m stuck with a pair 2 sizes to small that I’m trying to sell on eBay! I’ve ordered a lot from the website in the past as my daughter loves his make up but this is definitely the last time !!!! I only wish jefree or Shane Dawson would read these comments!
