I have a pair of earring that needed repair. I’ve had them for 20 plus years, the prongs are 14k gold the centers are pink crystals, nothing fancy but they were a gift and they mean a lot to me. I took them to Jared and was told they would not repair the prongs because they don’t allow cubic zirconia (CZ) in the store. They don’t allow CZ in the store? I take all my jewelry there for repair, but they just lost a customer.

I initiated a return from an online order within 30 days. I was not able to drop off the package before the 30 days passed. I tried to request a return through customer care and they said there’s nothing they will do. They then ended the chat with me even though I was still trying to ask questions. My wife and I have been customers for a long time, but we will most likely not be going back now. This was the worst customer service I have ever received.

I took a ring in for repair at the Ft Worth, TX Hulen store. My wedding ring and engagement ring had separated. They told me the setting was bad, I needed more gold on it and the repair would be $1249 to remake the ring and would take a month. I thought it was high but paid and left the ring. I heard from nobody and called after 6 1/2 weeks. It took them 10 minutes to find my order and they said the sales clerk tried to fix it and it did not work and they sent it out which is not what was sold to me. I told them forget it, I want my money and ring back. When I picked it up they had not even started on it. I went to another custom jeweler and they checked the ring and fixed it for $25 in 3 days. Jared's is obviously not honest or knowledgeable and I would not recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware!

Outstanding professional help. Spouse finally agreed to upgrade her wedding ring after 51 years! The professional staff (led by Alaura) not only met but exceeded Lynn’s requests; the final result was breathtaking and I don’t remember seeing my spouse so overjoyed! Thanks for everything!

This is addressed for the corporate office... I truthfully didn't want to have 1 star red ! I really prefer it to be all gray!!! I had a phone call from some guy that scammed me into buying a Rolex watch but had to order it from. The Akron Jared cause the Jared in front of southern park mall doesn't carry them ... Then I wanted to return the watch and to be done with everything . But I was put in the hospital I was hours from dieing with COVID-19/ PNEUMONIA!!! I was told I had not that long to live so they rushed me to ICU on the Ventilator for a week under but I survived I spent 4 months in the hospital and home recovering I'm not out of the woods yet... So I couldn't get to take that watch back cause this COVID came to fast .... All I want to do is to give that watch back that I really don't want I ( was scammed by a guy that told me to buy it or ! ) But it's so far past the return date. But with that note I was told that you bought that watch you keep it we don't take it back nor do we refund you...😡 I don't want it I have no desire to keep it. I had gotten a phone call from the bank that Jared has for the people to pay bills to said what ever I was saying was all a lie ... I got so fumed ! I told her don't ever tell me that I'm lying cause there wasn't not one single lie that I had said ... She didn't believe me. And I'm not better yet and she almost had cause me to go back to the hospital to be put on the CPAP MACHINE FOR ME TO BREATH !!! SO I CHOPPED UP THE JARED CARD AND I WANT THEM TO TAKE THE DARN ROLEX WATCH SO I DON'T HAVE TO LOOK AT THAT BOX . IT NEVER GOT OUT OF ITS BOX ... ( DON'T WANT IT!!!!! )

They ruined my wedding rings and could not get the size right on my husbands ring and scratched it up while trying to size it .My rings cost close to $10,000 and the enhancer fell off twice that they were suppose to connect together to make a set that I purchased at the Stonecrest Mall location in Georgia. Corporate is a joke and offered me a gift card back for what we spent to have it made custom to fit together. I do not want anything rom them ever again. We purchased a three tier rope bracelet it broke within 25 days and they tried to fix it and left strings of the rope bracelet out..go somewhere else..They never told me the color of my husbands ring and lied about it after purchase. I despise them.

Horrible!!! Do not even think about buying from Jared! I purchased a ring for $3500 using my account and come to find out two weeks later the ring was out of stock, so I go to order another ring and my account is frozen because of the first purchase that I never received. I tried to contact them but everything is automated and chat bots TOTAL BS!!! Pick up the damn phone!!!!!
