Confusing return policy. They appear to be sending me the same item I returned as an exchange. Do not order from them. I will donate item and be done with them.

Do not buy this product. The return policy is misleading. It’s not a refund to card but for store credit.. I made a mistake an order more than one. I contacted them by email. The responses saying I would get a return label. Never happened . When I did try to return , even for credit it’s impossible. I intend to contact the BBB

I received a damaged necklace and asked to replace it. I paid extra for the “hassle free return”. For some reason they are denying my request for an exchange. This is the worst customer service. Very disappointing

I’m genuinely obsessed with the pieces I have from James Michelle!! The quality feels amazing, and looks so effortless and unique. I wear necklaces, earrings, and bracelets from them pretty much every single day, and they have held up wonderfully! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for jewelry that will give you the “put together” look, without trying too hard. Plus, I get compliments nonstop!

Horrible experience. Low quality jewelry at best and then do not accept returns. Would not recommend

I'm not going to lie....I ordered and then read reviews!!! Totally backwards to how I normally do things. But I really wanted the chunky gold cross necklace. On top of that - go big or go home right - I also ordered the stackable rings and a personalized disc necklace. I was scared I was going to hate them all. But I LOVE everything! The chunky cross necklace, I think, is heavy duty. Much heavier than I thought it would be. The rings are perfect. Great quality. The personalized disc necklace is a little daintier than what I realized but honestly it's subtle, well-made and overall perfect. I don't understand why people are saying they could buy better at a discount store. These items are well-made and substantial. I will definitely be buying more.

I ordered a necklace from JM and unfortunately it’s a mystery, got stolen, lost.. the saying meant so much to me and I was devastated. I reached out to JM and they are replacing my necklace, they are so kind, helpful company- I’m truly impressed with their customer service. Well regarding their product, the chain and pendant were made so nicely, looked beautiful! I would highly recommend any product from JM. Thanks again!❤️

The day I received the product, they were offering a 30% discount site wide. Asked for the discount as I had just ordered a few days earlier, and a bit responded saying No. Will not deal with them again or their AI bot.
