What fabulous products and company! I recently purchased three necklaces from James Michelle and when they came I was awestruck! They were beautiful and I couldn’t wait to wear them. The next morning I put them on and had some trouble with the first clasp. After getting it on, I lived the look and headed out to work. I didn’t get a chance to look at myself in a mirror until hours later and realized the first necklace was gone. The clasp did not stay secure. I was heartbroken! In less than 24 hours later, the company answered my message and was sending me another one! They didn’t need to but they did! This company has the most amazing products and high quality customer service. I can’t wait to place my next order!
