BEWARE- NO REFUNDS ON RETURNS!!
BEWARE- NO REFUNDS ON RETURNS!!! STORE CREDIT ONLY!!! Very cheap looking, light weight and fragile. Certainly not worth the money - more of a $10 piece of cheap jewelry. Also sent wrong item - after lengthy shipping time after I paid for express.

I am very disappointed because I…
I am very disappointed because I received a bracelet with a broken clasp. I just wanted to return it because it was very poor quality and they only offer store credit. They said I could exchange it for another item but charge me shipping to return the broken piece. It is my fault as I should’ve read the fine print but beware because they will send you crappy jewelry and they will not refund it but just offer you to replace it with more crappy jewelry- at your own expense. Never again.

Fraud
I could buy a necklace in a toy store for $5 and it would be better quality. To say that hammered cross necklace has chunky chains is to black is white. I pain $100 for a chain that was supposed to be 20 inches long and it was less than 16 inches. Who would want to exchange a terrible piece of jewelry for another one and pay shipping. I have never purchased with such terrible merchandise, customer service and return ability.

They force you to spend your money even though their quality is crap
I ordered two necklaces. The quality is very chintzy and cheesy. I reached out the day they arrived and requested a refund and printed out my return label. Then I got an email saying they will not refund me they will only give me a store credit. My response was if the quality of the jewelry was not to my satisfaction why would I want a store credit I would not do business with them again based upon the craftsmanship of the necklaces I received. They went on to tell me that if I clicked through like four different steps to find their return policy I would know that they don't do refunds but then claim their transparent. So if you purchase from this place no if you don't like what you get you're still stuck spending your money there I would avoid buying anything from this company despite them being a female business in the United States

High Quality Jewelry at a Reasonable Price
I purchased 2 bracelets and 1 necklace from this company a year ago. I couldn’t be happier with all of my jewelry! This company completely exceeded my expectations. Their jewelry is everything they say it is, Tarnish free, Water Proof, Hypoallergenic, and High Quality. I wear my bracelets everyday and I’m a Business Owner who is constantly washing my hands.
