Excellent Customer Service!
I had an issue with two pieces of jewelry breaking. I reached out and expressed my issues and concerns and was contacted back within 24hrs. As a long time customer of James Michelle Jewelry I’ve never had an issue. It was a prompt and very positive response to make things right and resolve the issues. Never Disappointed
I've ordered at least 20 pieces from JM. Both for myself and for friends and family. Their pieces are beautiful and look much more expensive than they are. I've worn pieces for YEARS and they still look just as beautiful as when I first purchased them. You won't be disappointed with JM (also their customer service is superb)!

Stunning pieces and fantastic customer service
Repeat customer since I love their jewelry. Great craftsmanship and customer service. Most recently I made a mistake ordering a final sale item and they still worked with me to make it right. The Eden pear shaped necklace is absolutely stunning and worth every penny!

The amazing pride they have in their…
The amazing pride they have in their product and the customer service.. They truly stand behind their pieces . Any problem you might have they are on top of it. I have so many pieces from James Michelle and wear constantly. The one time i have an issue they reply quickly and took care of it.

James Michelle jewelry is quality!
I ordered the first piece and was pleasantly impressed with the quality and substantial weight of the piece. It was a gift and she loves it! She wears it constantly and it is everything they said it was! I have ordered several pieces since and the quality, weight, look and ability to withstand most everything is in every piece! I love this company and have never had any issues ordering, with delivery and the quality! Enjoy ladies!

JM has the best customer service!
JM has the best customer service!! I had a small issue and they went above and beyond to make it right!! And can we talk about how amazing the jewelry is?!? I own several pieces and always give referrals whenever I am complimented.
