I placed my order, 8 days ago they did not tell me that they were out of stock when I made the order till after I paid. Then nothing since. They had one of my parts which was a washer that they had in stock asked if they would like me to ship it for now. I would never order from a company that did not have the product in stock.! Now I'm at their mercy! I will be looking for another direction any direction other than Jack small engines for my next need. I'm glad I found out early the kind of business they are!!

Lady in Customer service was very condescending and impatient when trying to determine the right part for my engine. Talking down to me, butting in and barely letting me explain myself. I should have just hung up and bought the part elsewhere but was ready to get the part on order and they have it in stock. Update: It turns out that the questions I was trying to get answered were indeed warranted. The carburetor arrived and wasn’t the exact match for my engine. Luckily, I was able to take a part off the old carburetor and make it work. There’s no way I was going to deal with these folks again on the phone!

I've ordered from Jack's many times over the years. I've never had a problem. My last order of parts was scrapped by FedEx. I had to contact Jack's Customer Service to get information on a "stuck" package. When Jack's found the order was scrapped, they immediately set up another order. Some of the parts were no longer in stock, so the waiting began. Long parts delays has been a problem with these types of parts, I can't fault Jack's for that. Luckily the parts only took a couple of weeks to get in stock. This time they arrived safely. Many thanks to the Customer Service team at Jack's!

The customer service Rep raised the price and tried to change it back when I said no. This company is price gouging in a time like this. We're done with them. The price was raised to $750 and I saw the same item brand new for $150.00 on Northern Tool website.

Beware of this company. I will never use them again, over 2 months to get part a 2nd time and was defeated, not good people

I bought a generator and decided I didn't need it. I was immediately sent a return code and refunded. The return was made easy!

They listed items as instock on their website that have been obsolete and not available anywhere for decades, then sent updates with delayed shipping date estimates i can only assume someone just made up since, again, no suppliers have produced or offered these part new for decades. My payment method was charged within seconds of my placing each of two separate orders, but they've only drug their feet and stalled since. I had to contact them and inquire to finally find out none of the parts I ordered are available. It seems as if they hoped id forget or simply not have time to follow up and they'd get to keep the money. They claim the order has been canceled but im still fighting to actually get a refund. Why take money for parts that haven't existed anywhere for decades? And why charge my account before checking availability, or better yet, actually having the order on hand ready to ship? Why not check and then notify me instead of stalling with fake estimated shipping dates for parts that do not and will never exist? And why wait until I spend my time hassling with customer service after waiting weeks for my parts to finally tell me these parts are no longer available?

They say items are in stock when you order them and once you order something, the item gets delayed or is out of stock.
