Quirky way of doing business.
This is an update to my one star review. They got a little bit better because of the lady that was on the phone and explained the way they do business. I still have not received the product but she was helpful.Their shipping is still snail speed. The website did say it was in stock, two of them. Ordered it, and it sent a message that said it was out of stock. Then I got an email stating that it wouldn't ship for two and a half months. The lady did explain to me that that was just from past issues when they had shipping. That is super misleading. And I hope they would understand why I'd be upset when it said it was in stock.Then, it goes out of stock, then I won't get it two and a half months. It is finally on its way. Still taking a month. Thank you to the lady that spoke to me on the phone and explained things. Just still a little shady on how they Present themselves. Especially surrounded around their shipping and their supply. Also not sure who it was, but the first time I called the customer service lady that talked to me misled me with false information.
