They made a mistake on our taxes, and their guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. Basically, it was too bad for us, we were screwed, that they made a mistake, they do not stand behind their work or their guarantee, we got zero help. Do not trust these people with your taxes!!!

I used Jackson Hewitt to prepare the final tax return for my deceased father. They forgot to include form 1310 and when I contacted their office they offered no help and acted like it was no big deal. 5 months after filing we are still waiting for refund. Would recommend not using them.

They made a mistake on my tax return and now they are saying that it is my fault.when their preparer made the mistake.They say they have your back but that is a lie.I have to pay back $2500 because they made a mistake.We have used them for 16 years and they make a mistake that I have to pay for.They say that they will pay the interest and give me a free coupon for the next preparation.Well I will never reccomend them again or use their services again.Thanks for nothing Jackson Hewitt.

Been filing my taxes with jackson hewitt for four year and its been great service until i had to call them today and ask for help with my card and i understand its a problem i need take up with American express but the lady was rude to me over me calling so i will no longer be using thier services come next year. Really upset me the lady i talk to in searcy arkansas was rude with me for no reason. Great place to do taxes but if you need help with something afterwards dont bother calling them.

Very unprofessional. Over priced. Screwed up my amended taxes. Say I was getting $654 and I’m only getting $64. Nasty attitudes. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

This was our second year filing our taxes with Jackson Hewitt in Hilo, Hawaii and the level of service has been very poor. Our first year was great as the manager of the store happened to be the one filing our taxes. This year, after making an hour appointment at the beginning of March, the tax preparer (who doesn't seem knowledgeable) was unable to complete filing our tax returns on the spot and we were told that it would take a few days, After not hearing back for 2 weeks, I left a message and received a call back 2 days after. The person told me that they will have their manager review and give me a call back at the end of the day. That didn't happen. I waited for another week and decided to call again. At this point, my tax returns have been outstanding for 3 weeks. I spoke to the lady on the phone and asked that my issue be escalated to the manager. The next day, I finally received a call back from the manager who then promptly setup an appointment with me the next morning. My tax returns was filed and I was hoping that everything was done properly. This morning, I logged in and tried accessing my tax returns to print for my records, only to notice that it was actually missing the tax return forms. The document was uploaded by the local office but it was incomplete. After 2 calls to the nationwide customer service center, I was told to contact the local office to see if they can even correct the issue. It's been a nightmare filing taxes this year with our local office. Needless to say, I will most likely be looking for another accountant next year and cannot rely on the poor quality service that I have received from Jackson Hewitt.

i went to the office inside walmart on harrisville rd the lady there named jodi maw was so wonderfull she got me more than i expected she explained it all to me very nice kind helpfull she was very understanding she was very friendly she is the best it didnt take her long to get me taken care of i will use this office agian causeof her
