Had an appointment Mar 7 11:00am conformation #k1wv018jys00cxl8. I arrived ten minutes before this appointment and waited till 11:25 am. Nobody showed up. Later today around 2:30pm, I received an EMAIL from JH. THEY made an an appt for me for another day and time. And they expect me to notify them 4 hours before this appointment to cancel. What happens if consumers do not cancel there appt, like JH.

If I could give negative stars I would. Their customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. My first experience with JH - tax preparer was over 10 minutes late for the appointment. Then proceeded to tell a "walk-up" customer (who had a later appointment but was in a hurry), that as soon as she logged in and was "on the clock" she would help him. This was totally ignoring me!! When I informed her that I had an appointment time that was already running late, and expecting at the minimum an apology and informing the other client that he would have to come back at a later time, I got nothing. I certainly do not feel that I could trust my financial interests with a person that showed so little concern, and that obviously cannot tell time (figured numbers would be important). I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to have tax work done.

I received excellent service from Barbara at Jackson Hewitt in Olympia, WA for two years in a row. Today I was in and out in one hour.

Liz at the Riverside CA Jackson Hewitt office was super helpful in getting some issue clarified with my 2021 tax return. She took her time to go through my return and make sure it was completed properly and submitted. She went over & beyond to assist me on getting a maximum return. This is my 3rd year using their services and I'm been very happy. I highly recommend Liz to help you get your taxes done correctly & efficiently. Herb

I came across Jackson Hewitt when shopping at Wal-Mart a couple years ago. I stop in and ask how it works and how long it will take. I've always done my own with help. I meet Kathryn Morris at the Wal-Mart store and ask her if she do my tax's, from that point on she has done my taxes for 4-5 years now. Never had a thing go wrong always on time and very helpful. Never afraid to say if you have any? ask and I will do my best to help. Thank You James

Stay away from JACKSON HEWITT AND METABANK NO FEE REFUND ADVANCE. THEY CLAIM FALSE REASONS FOR WHY AND HOW MUCH YOU GET APPROVED FOR. I GET THE MAX ADVANCE EVERY YEAR AND THIS YEAR MY CREDIT IS BETTER MY INCOME GREATER YET NOTHING CHANGES FROM MY EMPLOYMENT HISTORY NOT MY ADDRESS DEPENDENTS NOTHING! METABANK HAS BAD UNDERWRITERS AND YOU ARE BETTER OF GETTING AN ADVANCE THROUGH TURBOTAX OR ANYONE THAT DOES NOT USE METABANK!!! METABANK CLAIMED THAT JAVKSON HEWITT WAS THE CAUSE AND JACKSON HEWITT CLAIMED METABANK WAS. EITHER WAY MY $3200 ADVANCE BARELY WENT OVER $500 PLUS I AM OUT $700 IN FEES FOR THEM DOING WHAT I COULD HAVE DONE FOR FREE THROUGH TURBOTAX PLUS GOTTEN AN ADVANCE FAR GREATER!! I WILL NEBER IN MY LIFE USE JAVKSON HEWITT OR METABANK AGAIN. NO MATTER HOW MUCH MY FAMILY OR MYSELF MAY NEED THE MONEY I WILL NEVER ALLOW SOMETHING SO FALSE AND UNCERTAIN TO HAVE SUCH BIG PART IN MY LIFE AND FINANCES AGAIN!
