We retired and filed a simple form and were charged $225.00. We were loyal customers for 13 years but feel now that we're being taken advantage of. If you can give new customers filing a simple form a $49.00 fee, you could do it for loyal customers as well. Terrible business practice!!

Tried them for the first time today. I went there expecting to pay a little more than I would my tax guy who is retiring, which is why I was going another route. I had normal forms nothing crazy. Three W-2s and an unemployment form and they wanted to charge me over $900 to file my taxes! I just went ahead with TurboTax and got the same exact refund amount that they gave me. They’re just out here, robbing people! It’s insane. I couldn’t believe it!

Mrs Sharon Johnson is by far the best tax preparer I have ever had the pleasure of doing my taxes with. I went to Jackson Hewitt last year and they charged me over $400 to file a joint tax return. I've been going their over 20 years. I spoke to the district manger, and he told me I would get a refund of a $159 , that never happened. They are a rip off.
