We have 1000s of members who get great value from the flights we find, our amazing customer service and also the travel inspiration and tips we give. Bookings are not done through us, so Google Flights or online travel agents are the sites that we use to assist you in having an easy to use option to locate the flights that we've found, so you may actually book them. We understand that you might think, wait... I can find that price myself, what's the point? While it is definitely possible for you to find flights in a decent price range, it may not be the types of fares that we are able to locate. Google Flights and online travel agents are not what we use to locate our flights. We have a dedicated team who scour the internet daily, using tools and years of travel experience, to find you flights to the places you're after and also, inspiration to places you might not have thought of. They then make it as easy as possible for you to book by sending you a Google Flights link or letting you know that the offer is available through the airline directly. I’m finding it the easiest way to find where the bargain flights are. In fact I’ve just booked one and saved tons of money. The Detour is an interesting and valuable resource of information about wonderful places I hope to visit. Some of the info has changed my mind about going and some has opened my mind to new places. I’m glad I found the club.
