Hi Hazel Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We are saddened to hear that your experience with us has been frustrating. I would like to take the chance to clarify how Jack’s Flight Club works. We don’t directly sell or discount flights. Instead what we do is constantly search for unusually low fares and then let our members know when we spot them. We don’t recieve any commision from airlines or other travel companies. Our role is to simpily help travellers find great fares, when they become availble. That said, I completely understand that our service might not be the right fit for everyone, especially if your not planning on travelling much in the future. I’m also very sorry to hear that you’ve had a difficult time cancelling your membership. We definitely don’t want the process to feel confusing or frustrating. I have locate your account and I’ve now gone ahead and cancelled you billing so there won’t be any furter renewals. You’ll continue to have access to your Takeoff membership until the end of your current membership period, when we will make sure your account is moved to our Standby mailing list. If you’d like us to take a further look at yor account or have anything further we can assits you with, please don’t hesitate to contact out Member Experience team at [email protected] and they’ll be happy to help.
